The garden is very nice and the kitchen has everything you need. They gave us a map and explained the town clearly. It was very helpful for those of us whose English is not very good. Thank you very much for your kindness. We will go back again! 日本語で施設の補足:ランドリーは有料ですが有ります。キッチンはケトル、ナイフや電子レンジ、オーブンや鍋やフライパンが揃っています。お風呂はシャワーのみ。

2回目の滞在です。 必要なものは揃ってます。 とても清潔という感じではありませんが、短い滞在なので十分でした。

パースやカルグーリーからのバス停、ビジターセンターからもとても近く、レンタカー屋やツアーが発着する桟橋なども徒歩圏内です。ついでにスーパーなども歩いて行ける距離なので、とっても便利でした！従業員の方も本当に親切で、帰りの朝は雨が降りそうだから...とバス停まで車で送って頂きました。英語にさほど自身はありませんでしたが、困ることはなく、親切に対応して頂きました。部屋は新しくはないけど清潔で、私の行った季節は羽アリみたいな虫はいませんでしたが、小さいアリが外に住み着いてるので食べ物の始末はしっかりしておかないとアリが入ってきてしまいます。親切な人たちの中でゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。エスペランスに行く際はまた利用したいです。

ビーチの目の前であり、レストラン等の集まっているエリアから近いので、便利です。 フロントの方もフレンドリーで、おすすめスポットをいくつも教えてくれました。 部屋も古いですが、キッチンなどの設備は充実していました。 ただ、夏場は窓を開けとくと羽虫が大量に入ってくるので、必ず網戸をしてください。 エスペランスはパースと比べ物にならないくらい、夏場の羽虫が多いです。 ホテルと隣接しているレストランは、とても流行っていますが美味しいです。夜はラストオーダーが8時まで、とクローズが早いので、朝食がおすすめです。 また、フェリージェッティーのそばのカフェレストランもおすすめ。特にムール貝のチリ炒めが美味しいです。 窓からは海が見え、内装はおしゃれで、店員さんはフレンドリーでかわいいですよ。

部屋から海は見えませんが、キッチンダイニングにはテレビ、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、４口ガスコンロと簡単な調理用具や食器が備わっていて自炊もできます。目の前の道路を渡れば、海に面した公園で、また商店街、スーパー等歩いて行ける便利な場所です。 シャワーノズルは壁付けですが水量が多く快適です、難点はカーテン仕切りなので、しぶきが外側に飛び出ます。豪では他のホテルでもある事ですが。 寝室は別になっていて便利ですが、少し狭くテレビもありません。全ての客室が芝生の中庭に面しておりキッチンエリアから出て行けるので気分が和らぎます。車は部屋の目の前に止められて便利です。デラックスなホテルではありませんが全般に清潔、スタッフも親切で快適でした。

Right on beachfront, large unit, easy parking and very good value. Short walk to the town centre and Thai restaurant next door.

Room although very clean was spoilt by a tiny. Bathroom and wardrobe clutter. Kitchen was well equipped although the refrigerator switch was very noisy when clicking in and out. Loud enough to awaken one at night a lot. Ended up turning it off. Otherwise good.

Everything was generally good. Entry to bathroom a little tricky with the shower recess so close to the entry. Entry to hotel itself was a little confusing. We weren't there for long to appreciate the location.

Although on the beachfront… there is no view of any kind and resort is stretching it a bit. Yes it was cheap but it is the off season. The reality was, hardest bed in the world, stiff sheets and really dated. Very small tv. The host communicated really well but it wasn’t for me so I only stayed for 1 night. Needs a revamp!

Great little holiday unit on the waterfront within walking distance of shops & eating. Terrific Thai restaurant next door. Lovely owner who checked us in immediately when we arrived early in the day. Laundry onsite which we made use of. Ticked all our boxes.

A little out dated, was clean and tidy.

Excellent staff and location

Good location on the Esplanade. The room had a kitchen with toaster and kettle. A small fridge was also provided. Airconditioning was more than adequate- located in the kitchen. Livingroom had a three seater sofa, dining table and chairs. Small flat screen tv on stand also. Bedroom had a queen sized bed plenty of storage. Small bathroom with shower stall , toilet and sink. For the price I was extremely satisfied for 3 nights! Of special note the staff were very friendly and informative!!

Good value accommodation as advertised. Clean & comfortable property close to the beach, jetty & town centre.

We stayed for 4 nights in last week of November 2024 and were happy about the decision. Very spacious and clean. Walkable from main beach and other shopping areas. Only thing missing was coffee table in the room which made difficult for us to sit on couch and enjoy a good beer. But overall experience was amazing. I would highly recommend this property.
