駅から近くて選んだが非常に古く鍵も鍵穴式でしかも刺さりにくい回りにくい。信じられないことにトイレとバスルームのない部屋に通された。2Aのフロントの真横。バスルームは階段上がったところでトイレに行くにも動きづらい鍵穴を回して外に出ないといけない。エアコンもなし。窓は通りに面しているので開けられない。防音もなし。部屋の交換を希望したら1Aと地下。今度はシャワーのお湯が出ないが諦めて眠った。ベッドは清潔だが安全性が保てないホテル。

とても小さくて可愛いホテルでした。 お部屋、バストイレは狭かったのですが、なんだか可愛く嫌ではなかったです。ただシャワーの水圧が弱かったのは残念でしたが、スタッフの方々皆さんとても感じの良い方々で安心できました。 そして、キングスクロス、セントパンクラス駅が近くとても立地が良かったです。

階段しかなく、スーツケースを運ぶのがとにかく大変。しかし、スタッフが声をかけてくれるので手伝ってもらえます。玄関の鍵と部屋の鍵をくれるので、門限もなく好きな時間に帰って来ることができます！

チェックイン時にわたし達が泊まる部屋に問題があるので、他のホテルに移って欲しいと言われた。 過去から最近まで同じような体験をされた方の口コミが結構あったのて危惧していたが、本当にわたし達の身にも降り掛かってしまった。 近くのヨーロピアンホテルと言うホテルに案内されたが、わたし達の部屋は半地下でカビ臭く、アメニティもほとんどなし。（石鹸だけ！） 絶対に泊まりたくないないホテルだった。 アポロホテルの問題なところは、部屋に問題がある時点で事前に何の連絡もなく、チェックイン時に初めて知らされる事。 事前に知らせてくれればこちらとしても選択をする事が出来る。キャンセルし他のホテルを探す事も出来たと思う。 しかもこのホテルではこの問題が頻発していると言う事。問題のシャワールームの修理はしないのであろうか？そのような問題のある部屋と分かっていて予約を入れるのはいかがなものでしょうか？ 宿泊代金はこのホテルに支払って、がっかりなホテルへ移動させられる。全く詐欺にあったような気分。このようなリスクのあるホテルは全くおすすめ出来ない。

ツインで家内と泊まったのは、トップフロアー、すなわち、屋根裏部屋。４階に位置し、エレベータはない。やっとの事で、トランクを部屋まで運んだ。これがホテルかと、衝撃。３泊」したが、老夫婦には上がり下がりがきつい毎日だった。確かに、キングズクロス駅までは至極便利。しかし、ホテルといえる代物ではなく、１泊９０ポンドも払うという人生最悪の選択をしたことに後悔が残る。hotels.comさん、予約可能なリストから除外するか、せめてエレベーターのないことを明記してほしい。

良くも悪くもないホテルです ユーモアなスタッフがいると聞いていましたが いませんでした 階段が狭く荷物運ぶのに辛い。 登るのも辛い。 部屋は狭いが清潔で気持ちよく寝れましたね 朝食付きはやめといたほうがいいです。不味くはないが、私はキングクロスにある日本のお店ワサビというところで食べたほうが、美味しいし、安かったですね。 金髪で目がブルーの女の子と男の子の子供がいてとても可愛くて朝から癒されましたね。

My furniture was literally falling apart. I could hear the neighbors flushing toilets and coughing. This was a quick book in between countries as we hopped through Europe, If I was not desperate for something affordable in British pounds for a quick turn around I would have checked out. there was not even anyone at the "Front desk" to make a complaint, ask for extra towels, nothing. The location is great for the international train station (walking distance) but other than that, it is falling apart and needs a lot of TLC. Horrible customer service, literally only saw someone when checking in. Toilet had poop on it that I had to clean (thankfully I travel with my own cleaning kit), carpet had not been vacuumed in months, you can literally see dust bunnies along the edges. TV was hung crooked and channels did not work. Sheets were horrible and itchy, I was nervous to sleep in them. Horrible experience on our first night in London.

The rooms are very small. We didn’t hang out in the room as we were busy out and about seeing the sites. It worked out well for a place to sleep and clean up. Very glose to public transit which made it very easy to get to anywhere in the city.

Close to main transport links, basic but perfectly fine

We stayed here due to a train time. You get what you paid for, a room to put your head down. It was fit for purpose.

But would not want to spend more than one night here.

Good location but no staff on site, checked in and were given 2 keys one for front door and one for room. Luckily got ground floor room after asking for it as no lift and big cases. Small room as expected in London.

The hotel is quite poor. We pretty much had only a square room in a basement with toilet. We could hear Subway in the night and people walking in the room above us. Mattress was quite terrible and the toilet was dirty when we came into our room.

Basic clean hotel. Helpful staff, central location, close to public transport. Rooms are compact with a tiny bathroom.

Overall, a good stay. Room was small but adequate. We were pleasantly surprised to have our own bathroom and access to the Tube was easy.

Handy, but bathroom was separate from room, didn't feel safe when using in middle of night

Considering the price you would expect a bare minimum of clean bed sheets. The pillow had old mascara stains on, and the bed sheet and numerous weird stains on it....the bathroom was located up the stairs and was also filthy. Bed was very uncomfortable and was very noisy with people coming and going. Please don't stay here, better off staying in a hostel

Great little hotel near King's Cross station, my only gripe is I prefer two pillows and lots of stairs to navigate. Other than that great guy who welcomed us.

It was terrible. I have sight problems. The bedroom had no bathroom. It was outside up winding stairs. Very dangerous. You could not get into the bathroom quickly. It was padlocked and you had to open it with a key. Not a star rated hotel.
