I think the system requiring guests to request slippers at the front desk should be improved It would have been nice to have at least 2 pairs of slippers in the room

Almost good If we can use bathrobe and slippers, it's better

清潔で、スタッフの対応はいつも明るくよかったです。

①通常のホテルにはあるアメニティーとミニバーが無く、その情報も掲載されていなかった。 ②洗面台の蛇口からはお湯が全く出ない（水のみ） ③朝食は移動して近くのステーキ店で提供される方式でしたが、選択肢が少ないのとおかわりが出来ない＆ドリンクは別料金とビッフェスタイルを想定していたので、乖離が大きすぎた。 また、予約の際にその情報がどこからも読み取れなかった。 ④流し付近に小さい虫が結構飛んでいて、気になった。 ⑤モールまで徒歩圏内でしたが、直近の大通りを渡るのにかなり危険な状態で、立地条件も？？？？？？ ⑥全体的にホテルという感じがしなかった。（残念）

I am grateful for the staff’s assistance. However, the noise from the next room was loud, so I couldn’t sleep well. But the neighbors next door have been watching TV until late!

値段の割には部屋が狭い。外は満足です。

ショッピングセンターも近く便利。 ジャグジーも使えます。

部屋に電子レンジや食器類もあり、設備が充実していました。朝食は数種類から選ぶことができ、連泊におすすめです。

部屋がとてもきれいで広かったです

キッチンもありますので、セブでひとり暮らしを体験できます。ショッピングモールの奥なのでバーやレストランもあり快適でした。

Great hotel no complaints very clean wonderful staff. There's a supermarket right in the complex basement. Lots of little restaurants.

The jacuzzi is closed permanently, the room had a smell, the shower wasn't spotless.

Tat at the front desk was the most amazing and sweet person and very helpful. I really liked her.

Room was great had all we needed, Staff very friendly. Great price for what you is offered. Breakfast was awesome as it was at a near restaurant and you had a great choice. Would stay there again, very convenient to Cebu central.
