中庭がある古風なホテルです 高山病対策なのか、24時間コカ茶を含めた温かい飲み物が中庭でいただけます クスコ中心地のアルマス広場に近く、アットホームなホテルで良かったです

設備が古そうな感じはしますが、清潔感はあり、スタッフの皆さんも親切です。 鍵は簡易的でセキュリティには不安があります。隣の部屋の音、向かいのバーの音はかなり聞こえます。 アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸、綿棒とバスタオルとフェイスタオル。 朝食はパンとはハム、チーズ、ヨーグルトなどですが、出来立ての卵料理とフルーツももらえて満足です。 最終日早朝の飛行機だったのでタクシーをお願いしていましたが、時間の少し前に部屋まで教えてきてくれて助かりました。 立地は広場のすぐそばで買い物などで疲れたらすぐ戻れるのも便利でした。 早朝のチェックイン、チェックアウトも丁寧に対応してもらえてよかったです。

The location for this hotel is great if you want to be close the historic area for walking tours of Cusco. It was super convenient for our tours because the meeting point was often set at La Plaza de Armas. Room was always tidy and the shower was nice and warm - which was different from some of our other stays in Peru. All the staff were so incredibly nice. And one of the best things was that if you had activities planned early in the morning, they would pack us breakfast to take with us. I’ve never experienced that, and it was so generous!

Excelente localización a pocos pasas de la plaza de armas, restaurantes y demas. La cama de la habitación era enorme y muy cómoda. Desayuno completo y abundante . Todos el personal muy atento.

Very central hotel just off Placa Mayor del Cusco. The hotel has a very cozy interior with balcony’s and old fashion design. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, silent rooms, good beds and decent breakfast. Highly recommended!

Very clean, very conveniently located, very nice staff, good breakfast. Handsome hotel space. It’s across from a bar where they party into the night and you can faintly hear the music. Earplugs are provided. I used a white noise app on my phone and it was fine.

Basic hotel right of the main square in Cusco. For the price, I was happy with the hotel. My only real complaint was the wi-fi wasn't great and kept going out for short durations and was slow when it was working. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a ton of of restaurants and shops in the area around the main square. It is super busy at all times in the area though so if you are looking for a low-key spot, you might consider another option, away from the main square. That being said, I had no issues with noise in my room, which was located in the back of the hotel.

Great location and the best staff. Rooms are very comfortable. It is on a very noisy street, which was difficult when trying to get a good night’s rest.

Hotel bello, pulito, con ampie camere, personale molto gentile e con buona colazione. Purtroppo è situato in un vicolo di fronte ad una discoteca e se vi tocca una stanza come la nostra con la finestra che da sulla strada risulta molto difficile riposare bene per la musica alta tutta la notte. Se prenotate chiedete una camera interna

Struttura storica a 30mt da Plaza de Arms. Camere confortevoli in considerazione che si tratta di un edificio storico. Colazione da migliorare per la perte dolce. Super staff pronto a risolverete qualsiasi problema e a fornire utili consigli

La Casona Real had such a cozy, homey vibe that made us feel comfortable right away. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to the Plaza de Armas and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the area. The staff were amazing—warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their attentiveness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, La Casona Real is a charming place to stay if you want both comfort and easy access to the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

Muy buena atención al cliente, los cuartos cómodos y el lugar tiene un encanto muy bonito!! Está a unos pasos de la plaza de armas lo que está genial porque hay de todo en esa plaza.. Me volvería a quedar sin dudarlo ☺️

Nos encantó nuestra estancia aquí; fui con mi hermana y la pasamos súper bien! Tuvimos un pequeño percance pero Christopher de la recepción nos solucionó inmediatamente. Lo recomiendo

Ottima posizione, a pochissimi metri da Plaza De Armas. Il centro storico è 1 minuto di cammino. Camera andrebbe isolata dalla luce, in quanto sulla parte alta della porta di ingresso della room vi è vetro colorato. Per il resto nella media. Personale disponibilissimo e molto gentile.

Staffs are very nice, facility is clean, court yard has sofas and hot water with tea available all the time, if you leave early in the morning, staff prepares brown bag breakfast for you to take, the breakfast is simple but nice, you can have omelet, bread, and yogurt.
