車の持ち込みは、推奨しない。 施設外提携駐車場への出し入れが面倒くさい。

チェックイン時間になっても部屋の準備が出来ていない。 フロントに部屋の鍵がなく(前泊者が未返還スタッフ同士で話していたが丸聞こえ)マスターキーを渡された。これは保安上問題。 ダニにやられた 以上 おススメの要素はありません

ホステルまでの道のりがHotels.comの住所と違って迷ってしまったが、無事辿り着けた。綺麗めなホステルで、部屋も共有スペースも落ち着きがあった。2階のハンモックで景色をみながら、のんびりできたのも良かった。スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで親切で、安いのに素晴らしいホステルだった！1泊だけ利用したが、とても快適で延泊したいくらいだった。

Overall its good, considered how much i payed. It seemed this hostel was run by mexican family. Breakfast was mexican( quesadilla). When i stayed, as it was semana santa, some guests were mexican family so its not only for backpackers but for family too. What i was a bit disappointed is that they charged me use of luggage locker after checkout(25peso).

Reserve 2 habitaciones una excelente pero la segunda muy incómodo ya que el sanitario junto a la regadera dividida únicamente con un cristal en un área de 2 mts. Cuadrados super incomodo

Very good stay! It is conveniently located, the staff is very friendly and the room is spacious. The only thing I would suggest is to bring mosquito repellent because unfortunately they are a lot of them.

Just one night stay before leaving to other cities. Very nice place, clean. We got room with 3 beds. It was 5 of us. Thing to note rooms upstairs. Small stair way so if have luggage be ready to carry 😊. Other than that great for the night. Zocalo is like 7 mins away

Buen hotel, muy cerca de las plazas principales. El trato fue excelente.

Todo excelente, nada más neceditan algunas mejoras en el baño.Debería haber una puerta corrediza que separe la zona del baño de la del cuarto. El drenaje de la regadera estaba obstruida, se encharcaba y tardaba en irse el agua, y la sifa olía mal. Pero la habitación estaba super cómoda, el hotel estaba muy bonito y la ubicación excelente.

Buena ubicación, pero la habitación tenia un poco de olor a humedad

Excelente hotel para poder ir al centro caminando, con cafeterías y restaurantes al rededor. Cosas a mejorar: el internet es lento.

Everything was great the staff is awesome the only thing is for the bathroom they should have a curtain when getting out of the shower .. other than that is walkable for everything don’t need a car

Todo muy bien, solo hay dos detalles, la habitación 6 tiene marco con cristal, pero sin cortina, a las 5:30am te despierta el sol, ya q te da en la cara, y para subir y bajar maletas grandes se complica por la escalera de caracol.
