ユトレヒトの観光にはちょうど良い場所にあるホテル。清潔で過ごしやすかった。

朝食付きで予約をしたのですが、それがうまくホテルに伝わってないようでした。

非常に快適なホテルです。部屋も綺麗で、運河に面した部屋からの眺めもチャーミング。町の中心からは離れていますが、交通の便が良く、近所にレストランも、スーパーもあるのでそれほど困りませんでした。朝食は前払いで、食べなかった日の分は払い戻すと言われたのですが、結局払い戻しが無かったのが残念でした。ホテル代は支払い済みでしたが、再度チャージされそうになり、チェックアウトのスタッフの対応はもう一つ。他のスタッフは親切で、素晴らしかったです。

何事にも丁寧な対応だった。ns駅前で便利な上にEGでは運河沿いのテラスでゆっくりできる。 残念なのは冷蔵庫,電気ポットがなかったことぐらい。

Good value hotel in convenient location. Good for a single night - as storage in bedroom poor with no decent hanging space. Otherwise a great hotel

This was the kindest hospitality of anywhere I have stayed in the world. Facilities were amazing and the location was terrific.

Fernseh-Sender und Einstellung eine Katastrophe. Zimmer zu klein. Preis-Leistung passt nicht.

Sauberes, großes Zimmer, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, gute Lage.
