Very clean

The rate was super and the room was very clean, it was fully equipped, all we needed was in the room, the little kitchen had everything and every thing was clean, the only thing was the coffee maker did not work but the hotel coffee downstairs, hot breakfast, as well asa waffle maker. The had a pretty good variety of hot teas, so it was nice for those that do not drink coffee. Over all I definitely recommend this hotel.

There was a dog convention also during our stay. Staff made no effort to spray to keep down bugs even after repeatedly asked. One dog even had patches of hair missing that was troubling. Staff threatened to call police on patrons that questioned the flies, gnats and what appeared to be fleas. I requested a refund as I was bit multiple times by something and my face is still swollen. Stayed three days trash never removed from room even after requested anddd the neighboring hotel screams crack houses with addicts and stray dogs roaming. Did I mention the rude staff???

The property itself had great services and accommodations… Great room, great breakfast!! On the downside there is limited parking, which forces you to park at the hotel next door which is rundown.

The room had a stinch, the carpet was filthy, the couch was filthy, it was absolutely disgusting!

Our reservation was with the Hawthorne but our room was in the Biltmore adjoining which is under renovation. No phone, can't call front desk when help is needed. Key won't open door. Pool was closed. Power outage one day in our room. Biltmore rates were $49.99 but we were charged over $100 as our reservation was for Hawthorne. LOTS of flies and gnats. No hot water most of the time, no water at all part of the tome. Front desk staff was awesome. Breakfast staff very good as was breakfast. Was told beds are new, maybe but they are hard, pillows were terrible. Maintenance staff & Security were very kind, we became very acquainted. Came to be with friends, that part was excellant.

My keys never worked. Whenever I left I would have to get new keys. Also, the window leaked into the room when it rained. And blind had water stain all over it.

Its really nice places for family trip.

Just a one night stay . Hotel is only 4 years old , so still like new .

Room was clean only thing hated the bathroom barn doors. They got to go. No privacy. UGH! Bed comfy.

The front desk was curteous and helpful when we checked in. Our room was clean, but had to request hand towels. All the kitchen amenities were a bonus, even a dishwasher. Would consider Hawthorn Suites for an extended stay.

Homeless people around. Grass needed to be mowed. Trashy around the area. People around property that weren't even staying at the hotel.

Had a nice time. They need to check the equipment in their facility. Handicapped shower was not working properly

Was an easy check in with friendly staff. Clean room.

Hotel next door was a crack house. People coming and going all hours of the night from a room. Police came a few times. Very questionable individuals
