受付のスタッフも朝食会場のスタッフも皆フレンドリーで良かったです。

立地もよく楽しめた。 フロントの人の接客もとてもよくて過ごしやすかった。24時間フロントに人がいるので安心した。 なにより、朝食がおいしい！

入口に階段があり重いスーツケースを持っての登り降りが大変でした。 部屋はシンプルですが必要なものは揃っていて過ごしやすかったです。スタッフの方もすごく親切で、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえてありがたかったです。 あと朝食がすごく美味しかったです。

スタッフは皆様親切で、フロントのスタッフも、お食事のスタッフもフレンドリーで、気持ちよく宿泊させていただきました。 朝食の種類が豊富でとても美味しかったです。 外の通りも夜中は静かで、過ごしやすかったです。夜になると人は少ないですが、危ない感じはしなかったです。 バチカン周辺には徒歩ですぐに出られるので、バチカン観光がメインの方には非常におすすめです。 徒歩５分以内にトリオンファーレ市場があり、食品のお土産や、お水の調達などに大変便利でした。 シャワー室がすごく狭いので、大柄の方には大変かもしれません。 タクシーで場所を見つけるのが大変だったので、セント・ジョセフ・トリオンファーレ教会の場所を伝えるといいと思います。教会を正面にして右側にホテルの入り口があります。入り口が少し小さくてわかりづらいです。 この隣の教会もスタンドグラスがとても素敵なので、一度入ることをお勧めします。 とても良い宿泊をさせていただきました。ありがとうございました！

All things very well and excellent but lastday reception hade bad behavoir and did not respect to us.

Frühstück wirklich nicht das beste. Zudem Kissen sehr unbequem und nur eine Steckdose vorhanden

Es un lugar con buena ubicación, sólo la ducha es muy reducida, pero de ahí en más, el personal, la limpieza y la zona, excelente.

The Cleaning Team did not bother to clean my room, even if my room was just two days old.

A hotel located close to the Vatican Walls and therefore access to the museums, basilica and St Peter's Square. Well located for local metro and bus services to the centro storico, but walking distance to the Vatican, and further afield if you prefer to stroll between points of interest. Friendly, helpful and hardworking staff in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and there are options to eat dinner too. My room was clean and well serviced, with in room AC than can be managed by the guest. A good selection of local eateries, shops and businesses. The indoor market, Trionfale, located at Via Andrea Doria is also close by. Thank you for a lovely stay.
