ホテルは部屋が広く清潔で、とても快適に過ごせました。レセプションで空港行きのバスの乗り方を尋ねたら、すぐに予約してくれました。ちなみにバス停は通りを挟んだ目の前でとても便利です。 歯磨きセットは備えられていないので、持参は必須です。ネスカフェのコーヒーメーカーがあります。熱湯を出すこともできるのでカップ麺を食べるのにとても便利でした。 徒歩5分程度に24時間開いているコンビニがあり食料など簡単に手に入ります。

I kinda want to gatekeep this place but they really were that amazing. I did not have a plan for Iceland, I just landed there and asked front desk to help me book some tours. Thor (yup that’s his name) helped me book the best tours and gave me some great recommendations. Everyone from the reception to service was very nice. The hotel is right by the lake, and is perfect if you want to be a little further away from the center but still be close. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. I’d book this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Great location and good size room

Staff and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. Excellent buffet breakfast with a variety of food to choose from. Staff there and in general were always helpful with a smile. I would recommend Reykjavík Saga to anyone who wants excellent hospitality, friendly staff and well maintained and clean facilities.

Central location. Clean and classy. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room.

Overall lovely stay. Only complaint is that the heating in the room was set to max before we arrived and it was impossible to then cool it down to a comfortable temperature in order to sleep!!

Thor at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We were upgraded during our first night. Then when we returned after the 8 day tour, he allowed us to stay on same room during the remaining 4 nights. He also stored our 2 regular luggage so we don’t have to carry them on our tour. The room is perfect for the 3 of us. It was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast has lots of delicious selections. Excellent location and very nice staff. I would stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended!

We were upgraded bc of Expedia vip so that was a lovely treat :) hotel is in an ideal central Location to the shops and restaurants and bars. Lobby bar was terrific, food for breakfast was good and an expansive selection. Front desk staff were absolutely fantastic- helpful and happy!

Centrally located but quiet. Nice upscale hotel for our 3 day short holiday. I highly recommend it.

Great location, nice hotel.

We booked 2 rooms (Family and Standard) and we were very happy with our choices. The bed hugs u like a dream - seriously, the rooms were very clean and nice (Felt like home). The staff were all friendly with a welcoming smile no matter how many times they see you throughout the day and breakfast was amazing. Definetly going back!

Pros: great location, great staff, great restaurant located in the lobby. Cons: garbages in the rooms are way too small, No hotel parking, rooms get extremely hot.

Great location, very comfy and exactly what we wanted. Very clean room and the bed was comfortable.
