宿泊当日に急遽予約して宿泊しました。ショッピングのメインな通りのすぐ近くで観光にもショッピングなどにもとても便利です。 　部屋も設備が整っており、後から4ツ星ホテルと知り納得しました。 　実際支払った宿泊費の少なくとも倍以上の価値があると思いましたし、急な予約にも関わらず泊まれて幸運でした。

繁華街の中にあるため便利。ホテル内にも周辺にもレストランがたくさんある。

洗面台の排水が悪くなかなか流れてくれなかったことと、洗面台、バスタブ双方とも最初茶色の水が出て、1時間程度流し続けてなんとか解決したという点が不満です。 また、セーフティボックスがない点もです。

The location is perfect and easy to access to the tourist spots. It’s old building but their staffs keep good cleanliness. One problem was that it’s always noisy in the late evening because of their restaurant music.

Verdikleri oda o kadar küçüktü ki valiz koymaya yer yoktu. Çok kirli doğramalar bozuk olduğu için açık pencere ile geceledim. Banyodan yayılan kanalizasyon kokusu bütün odayı etkiliyordu. Oda kapısının kilidi sallanıyor ve yerinde zor duruyordu. Kahvaltı çok kötü. Genç personelde cehaletin verdiği küstahlık, yaşlı personelde eski olmanın verdiği lakaytlık var. İşim çok fazla ve vaktim çok sınırlı olduğu için bunlarla uğraşamadım. Yoksa otele giriş dahi yapmamak gerekirdi. Bence hangi organ yetkili ise bu otelin yıldız derecesini derhal düşürmeli ve insanları kandırdığı için de cezalandırmali. Bir daha asla kalmam ve kimseye de tavsiye etmem. Çevrede bir çok otel mevcut, bu otel artık ömrünü tamamlamış.

Perfect location for two nights.

Lokasyonu mükemmel. Personel çok saygılı. Oda tertemiz ve ferah. Klima var, saç kurutma makinesi var. Belgrad merkezdeki tüm binalar eski, o yüzden yepyeni ve lüks yer beklentiniz olmasın. Son derece memnun kaldık. Yataklar, havlular tertemizdi. Tavsiye ederim.

This hotel is in the very heart of Belgrade. The area is close to a plethora of good restaurants, cafes, and shopping zone. The hotel has a significant history (which could be presented in a more engaging way). There is a sense of stile and dignity. Parking is close by, as are banks, and all kinds of public transportation (free in this city).

An old hotel with history, Elizabeth Taylor and Alain Delon were guests many years ago. I always stay at this hotel and feel most comfortable there. Food is good, including deserts. Try ‘kesten pore’, a chestnut desert. The same waiters have been working at the restaurant for decades, all kind and knowledgeable. Location is excellent, on a walking street. Room prices are unbeatable for any capital in the world I have visited.

Wonderful location, good breakfast buffet. The rooms were somewhat dated but the bathroom was modern and functional. Not easy acres with suitcases. The street is pedestrian.

Location of hotel is great*. Staff was wonderful. Room was a good size for 1, probably also comfortable for 2. Black out drapes worked well. Bed was a little firmer than I would like but that's just my preference, nothing was wrong with it. Shower had decent water pressure. The hair dryer provided was pretty weak though. Rules in the welcome book says no food delivery allowed but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants so that wasn't a big problem. *My only complaint isn't really the hotel's fault. I happened to stay there during the expo so from 8am-11pm there were voices, music and bass coming from many speakers which was quite loud inside the room even with all the windows closed! You couldn't escape the noise.

Room was clean and comfortable with large bathroom. There were lifts but they were small and there was no step-free access to our room which might have been a problem for some. Location was fantastic for tourists. Upgrade to one of the nicer rooms to get tea and coffee facilities
