I loved everything about this hotel. I have never went wrong choosing a Hampton Inn

Very overpriced especially considering ice machine was broken, microwave was broken, and the pool was pretty dirty.

Derrick and Jeffrey at the front desk were very hospitable and accommodating.

Very clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Would recommend. Went to Mammoth Cave. Only about 20 minutes to visitors center.

Hampton Inn Cave City was very nice. The staff was polite- helpful-and provided a quick check-in. The room was spacious and clean - new. Same for the bathroom and beds and pillows were so comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was clean and staff was friendly. The only issue was the mattresses were too hard. Thia affected my back the next day and we did not sleep well.

Weird off brand cleaner smell throughout the property made my nose run constantly, so I asked to checkout early. We were told one thing by the night clerk and something else from the day clerk. Now I'm out 180 dollars.

I gave this 3 stars because although the staff was very friendly and informative and everything in the room was in working order, our room smelled like someone had urinated in it and the a/c was leaking on the floor which caused an added mold smell which was just as off-putting as the urine smell.
