Clean and comfortable, slightly over priced.

It's a nice hotel, but unfortunately downtown Denver is pretty tough. Be prepared to encounter lots of homeless folks. None of them bothered us, and nothing against them, but it was a sad and constant sight, and will be a big feature of your stay as you park, walk around, etc

The staff was responsive when our rooms air conditioner went out. they moved us to a new room no questions asked and let us have a late check out.

It was conveniently located downtown with shopping and food within a walkable distance. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Chic hotel with contemporary design and amazing restaurant. Great customer and room service. Rooms were cleaned every day. Complimentary water bottles would be amazing addition!

The clean room and friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable! The hotel is also conveniently located to walk to all parts of downtown.

The rooms are too small. They don’t seem to clean the sheets? I got a duvet period blood stain on it.

Rooms were beautifully thought out with a modern design. However, blood stains on the comforter were unacceptable. When we asked for them to be changed we were told it was too late and someone came to deliver new sheets in the morning as oppose to the comforter.

Ava at check in was great and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My only issue is the black out curtains in the room doesn’t cover the left edge of the wall and light definitely comes in as soon as the sun comes out which defeats the purpose of black out. Overall good stay and beds are super comfortable and sheets are clean and smooth.

Our Stay was nice. The room was as described on the website. The small fridge didn’t hold much of anything - there was no way to store or reheat leftover food. Attached restaurant was good but pricey. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and ride share was accessible. Overall I would stay here again.

Had requested connecting rooms we didn’t get those. The beds and pillows were not comfortable causing neck pain. Our shower was broken and had to face hot water issues frequently. Our window had a big wall in front so the room was constantly dark!

Beds - extremely soft- they didn’t have a option for a roll out bed House keeping - didn’t fresh room nicely - towels weren’t put away Coffee and disposable cups weren’t restocked Noise level- walls/doors were extremely thin

This was an overall good stay--room was clean and quiet. Felt safe in this location downtown. There is a parking garage just down the street that we utilized. Room was clean, common areas were clean. Roof top was a nice place to relax and have a cup of coffee. Food in restaurant was just ok. Nothing outstanding, but an average-safe-good stay. We would stay here again.

Amazing staff, multiple staff went over and above

The comforter had blood stains. Absolutely disgusting. When we called to replace linens, they told us that housekeeping wasn’t there which is fine and understandable. No one ever came to remove the linens. No one brought us fresh linens. When they did, they said they knocked on the door when we were in the room and no one knocked on the door. The room was absolutely disgusting filthy and the staff was absolutely obnoxious handling the situation. I would never go to another again completely rude disgusting.

The refrigerator was not very cold and only holds a 12 pack size of items very very small.
