Muy buen servicio y atención del personal.Cómoda la habitación, tiene lo necesario para pasar la noche. Solo hizo falta un ventilador. Gracias.

CUCARACHAS!!! No reserves este lugar, las habitaciones no son como lo muestran las fotos y te encuentras cucarachas en la habitación. Lo cual es una expriencia sumamente desagradable.

Very good from check in to check out. staff and owners very helpful. Kitchen was shutdown due to covid restrictions, but owners prepared coffee and had fresh pastries available. Great location and good for couples.

Lo bueno del hotel es la ubicación, el estacionamiento lo cobraron por separado ($250) y eso no lo marca la publicación, y por el costo hay muchas opciones mejor

La atención de recepción excelente. La dueña muy atenta, pero el cuarto dejó mucho que desear, nos tocó estar en dias muy calientes, el cuarto se sofocaba, esta encerrado y a un lado de la esencia donde los huéspedes se sentaban a platicar, las limpieza de la habitación era cada 2 dias, hasta el 4o dia nos ofrecieron un mejor cuarto

I was in the room located at the very top of the building and it was nice to be the only one on that floor. However, it is a very steep staircase and if it were an older person they would have some difficulty climbing up the stairs. The room was very nice and very spacious. The bed, bathroom and mattress were very nice. The hotel does not serve any food and even though the reception staff has a coffee machine in their area I found that they did not really offer any coffee to me. I asked for coffee and was given a cold cup of coffee and there was not way to warm it up. They reception staff is okay but not really so friendly. I also didn't like that that they play music a bit too loud and geared to very young people. I don't particularly care to listen to rap or reggeton when I come in to my hotel. The location is great and walking distance to all the sites. San Miguel de Allende is amazing!!!!

Perfect low key clean comfortable accommodations right near everything. Good bed
