Amazing place and amazing service minded staff. We lost our wallet in a buss and the reception desk staff turn every thing to get into contact with the buss company and the next day we had our wallet. So nice and its quite in city center as well. Recommend for families! :)

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, wir waren zum 2 mal hier. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Saubere moderne Zimmer und gute Parkmöglichkeiten und super Lage.

This part was clear from the beginning, this should be writing with the information, first of this not shuttle, you can call it taxi. Someone give you a ride to the airport with no deal, he offered to give me a ride but he said anything about he will charge me $40 that’s a lot, you can use buses for $5.

Öncelikle otelin kapısının kilitli olması resepsiyonda bekleyen olmasına rağmen çok garipti. İkram ettiği kahve güzeldi. Resepsiyonda duran kişinin tavrı hiç hoş değildi. Tuttuğumuz odadan ayrı başka bir oda göstermeye giderkende beni ve arkadaşımı rahatsız edecek şekilde gözlemledi. İkinci göstermiş olduğu oda inşaatı bitmemiş bir apartmandi. Tuttuğumuz odada ve banyoda garip bir koku vardı. Banyoda duş alınan yerde ve çocuk odasinda örümcek ağlarının olmasida çok kötüydü. Çocuk odasının tavanından su almış olmasida küf oluşumuna kapı açmış. İçerdeki kanepede kötü bir koku vardı. Yatak çarşaflarinda kıl yumaklari vardı. Kısacası bir an önce yarın olsunda gidelim dedik.

Excellent location close to shops and major landmarks in Pristina. Very accessible and walkable. The front desk reception is very welcoming and accomodating. The room was clean and spacious. The room also had a stove, cookingware, water heater. Overall I would highly recommend. I will stay here again when I come back to Pristina!

Cool and comfort

Best hotel ever . I had the best time in pristina ,because this hotel ofer so much confort .

The nest place we've stayed this trip. Out of 8 hotels, 7 different countries this is the best ever. The front desk Altina is awesome. She always made us coffee and always helping us out even to carry our luggages in our room. The manager as well. They are always therr standing by to help. The rooms are brand new too!

The apartment was beautiful, the staff were great and it was an excellent location close to sights and shopping. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The apartment was very clean, easy check-in process, communicative hosts. The mini fridge was a very convenient amenity.

It was really nice there. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there. Very friendly staff! I will book it again!

Clean and modern apartment but false advertising either by the property or hotels.com. The room was advertised as having a kitchenette with a pentry and a mini fridge with "free products" inside. Our room had neither of this and when mentioning this to the staff member, we were told that there wasn't any room with a kitchenette.
