The property was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The pool was great. My room was on the 3rd floor and to my surprise there was no elevator. Having to carry luggage for a family was tough. The air conditioner did not cool the room and leaked on the floor.

Staff

We booked two rooms for our stay. One room was dirty upon arrival with dirty towels and sheets on the ground and food everywhere. The other room had no working AC. The hotel said they would fix the AC. When we returned to our room later that night it was still not fixed. They even came in the middle of the night around 2 am to let us know maintenance would come to fix it in the morning even though we were leaving that morning. We were unable to sleep the whole night as it was was 90 degrees outside and even hotter in our room. We ended up having to sleep on the floor to get closer to the AC unit which was only blowing air not cold air. It was unfortunately the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

Good place for short visit. Bathroom shower was terrible and we were afraid the toilet was going to overflow every time we flushed. The bathroom could also use some sort of ventilation. Staff was extremely friendly and the pool was very nice.

Stayed at Kokomo with my 3 olders daughters. We arrived in OCMD early and was very happy that we could get an early check in. The pool are was great. When we walked into the room it smelled very strong of bleach and the floors felt a little sandy but it wasn't awful. The room.has a bit of a funky smell when the bleach went away. The wifi didn't work our entire stay. Reported and told it was being worked on but never worked the entire weekend. This was a little disappointing because we had a movie night planned but it didn't ruin our trip. Overall the motel was average but did the job for our stay in OCMD.

AC barely worked, if there is no vacancy don’t expect the WiFi to work because the plan they have can’t handle that many people

Was clean and quiet

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the beach, but my stay was far from satisfying. The front desk staff was unhelpful and unprofessional—despite my name matching my driver’s license Expedia had booked me under my short name Greg vs DL Gregory), and it took about 40 minutes to resolve the issue before I could check in. The room itself was disappointing. The air conditioning was inadequate and couldn't cool the room properly. The bathroom looked outdated, with a toilet that was extremely low and from the 1960s, making it uncomfortable and potentially risky to use. The steps were steep and narrow, making it difficult to carry luggage up. The door was hard to open due to poorly set tensioners. One particularly creepy incident involved an older male employee knocking on my door without speaking, then only responding when I questioned him—asking if I was checking out, even though I still had a night left. His behavior was unsettling and unprofessional. The room was not properly serviced: towels were missing and wet towels weren’t replaced, and the bed was poorly made with a short sheet job? On the second day, there was no housekeeping at all. I did receive a call from the manager apologizing for the check-in issues, but that didn’t make up for the overall experience. While the pool and parking were included and there are some nearby food options, I cannot recommend this place for a stay. The condition of the facilities, the staff behavior, ….

This was a good property for the price. Had a lot of good places to eat nearby, Pool was big and walking distance to beach. Only downfall was no elevators and the AC system in the room seems a bit outdated the placing of it you can barely feel it throughout the room. It was a decent room spacious.

Great location, great pool but no outdoor hose to rinse your feet, beach chairs and toys. The one we found the handle broke off so you couldn’t use. Very limited items for kitchen. Shower available inside pool but who would want sand from beach chairs and toys would say if you have children

We had a wonderfull time at kokomo suites the room meet all the expectations and the staff was very welcoming all the ameanities were working very quiet and SAFE 100% recommended

Overall not a bad stay. I would stay again

The pool, the tropical look, and the closeness to the beach. The only downside is the stairs.

At first we weren't sure of what to expect because we got a great deal. We thought maybe it was Goin to be a bad motel sticky and dirty. But we were surprisingly surprised. It was very clean from the front office to the room and the pool. The check-in was extremely quick. I loved that we had a small kitchen because we were there for a week. Their pool was huge also, compared to alot of other ones we saw. I am already booked again for September. Ohhh and there's a lot of stores, restaurants, mini golf, and the bus picks you right there. Beautiful experience.

Great stay

Staff was great. Responded quickly. Checked to see if anything was needed via text.

I’ve already rated this place. I don’t know why it keeps telling me I need to do it again. The people are nice the place clean. The only improvements I would suggest is putting a shelf in the shower and adjusting the rollers on the shower door.

Great quick stay!

Loved the location & huge pool! The only downfall was the very narrow, steep steps. Other than that it was perfect!
