Good spot for exploring northern Iceland and short walk to supermarkets and town centre

Rigtig flot lejlighed og dejlig stor.

Pros : very clean, well equiped kitchen. Laundry room with washer and dryer on the same floor. Cons : Opposite glass collection centre and in an industrial area, noisy by day. Shower was ALWAYS warm for 30 seconds then lukewarm, never hot (not acceptable). TV is not satellite it is internet and always buffering. Note: the only real apps were Netflix and Prime and you had to have your own subscription. No local or satellite channels.

When we first arrived, we were greeted by a worker there. The worker was very kind, but he told us that because of a staffing shortage, we would need to wait for a bit outside for the room to be ready. All good, not his fault. But when we arrived, we were greeted by the alarm in our room going off once. Then one more time. Then another. We called the landlord who finally told us that they were just "doing tests" in our room, just when we happened to be there. Even if I am to believe that, I can only speak about my own experience at this hotel. Then, the shower situation. The shower is not closed off by a wall, so when you shower for any more than three minutes, the water spills out and floods the entire bathroom. The drain barely works. And clearly they are already aware of this problem, because there was a shower squeegee placed right next to the shower head to address the same situation that we faced: showering for more than three minutes. All in all, even though the room looked solid when we first stepped in, there ended up being too many issues with our stay.

Séjour d’une nuit dans cet appartement. Situé dans une zone industrielle pas très glamour à l’écart du centre, mais avec toutes commodités autour (plusieurs magasins d’alimentation, pompes à essence). Pas évident à trouver avec les informations fournies. Le centre de la ville se rejoint aisément à pied ( entre 1 et 2 km) Propreté moyenne (vaisselle, literie), et equipé au strict minimum. Pas de savon disponible dans la douche, et le flacon de shampooing était vide. Un lit de bienvenue (café, thé) serait apprécié.

This is the best property I stayed in . Everything was available.

Beautiful place. Really well organized condo layout. A bit irregular with # of plates, cups and utensils but there was enough for our family of four and the dish washer was very handy. Location is outstanding!

We stayed a few nights in the apartments. Check in was easy and it had a kitchen where we could make our own meals. It was walking distance from most of the main sights. It was nice.

Would benefit from adding a microwave oven.

Various equipment Negative: Check in was after 16:00. We arrived 19:30 and the apartment had not been cleaned after last guests. Some parts of it had not been cleaned for some time since someone had written "Akureyri" in the dust on one of the shelfs. We called the manager and he was going to send someone to clean it but after ca. one hour he called us back and sent us to another apartment that was clean enough.

Comfy bed and spacious apartment. The only issue we had was the floors and the kitchen area were dirty.

Allt í allt fín dvöl, vantaði aðeins upp á smáatriði (1 vínglas, 3 skálar osfrv) og hefði viljað fá handklæði og tuskur miðað við lengd dvalar. Rúm frekar hart og mikill hávaði í loftræstikerfi. Geggjað næs potta aðstaða og íbúð almennnt rúmgóð. Vinalegt starfsfólk. Myndi alveg koma aftur þrátt fyrir smávægilega hnökra.

We enjoyed the open floor plan, windows, and updated designs. There was free designated parking which was great since we arrived by car. The property is in an industrial area but is still walkable to town center if you want to get your steps in, and grocery is even closer. My only feedback for the property is that they appear to offer and stock soaps and we did not have conditioner and the shampoo was empty when we arrived. Everything else was great.

Guter Standort für Tagesausflüge und zum Einkaufen. Schade ist diese Unterkunft in einem Industriegebiet mit Durchgangsverkehr.

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt geeignet. Die Umgebung ist ein Industrieviertel und nicht gerade ansprechend aber trotzdem recht ruhig. Der Checkin mit Schlüsselsave war unproblematisch. Die Lage zu den Ausflugszielne war in Ordnung und die Möglichkeit der Verpflegung in der Stadt perfekt.

Nella zona industriale di Akureyri, appartamento molto perfetto. Molto pulito con interni in ottime condizioni ed arredo completo. L'unico neo è che la vasca idromassaggio esterna, tanto pubblicizzata nelle foto, era fuori servizio.

Periferia/zona industriale. Finestra non si chiudeva, pulizia dei letti mediocre i cuscini e le lenzuola puzzavano. Un asciugamano a testa. Se potete cercate altro
