ロケーションもよく、スタッフのタ対応は素晴らしかったです。

最高のロケーション！建物は古い(いい意味で。雰囲気ある)が、内装は改装していてモダン。中庭のレストランは常に地元客で賑わっている。スタッフも親切。おすすめします。

客室は狭く、窓の無い部屋でしたが、600ペソで泊まれた。パテオ形式になっていて、レストランを取り囲むように客室がある。

ホテルの立地は大変便利な場所にあり快適です。フロントの女性の対応が素晴らしい方とそうでない方がいたので残念でした。最終日部屋にお水が用意なく帰る時に掃除係の女性に話したら３人の中のおひとりが2本下さり、また荷物もフロント迄運んでくれました。

セントロの便利な位置にあります。ホテルのスタッフは親切に対応してくれました。部屋にドライヤーがあればよかったです。

セネア公園のそばにあって、観光するにはもってこいの場所でした。 アメニティーも最低限必要なものが揃ってて居心地が良かったです。

El lugar es bueno pero no tiene estacionamiento, el acceso es en calle peatonal.

The personnel was great. Check in was fast. The rooms need some upkeep. No elevator and the stairs to second floor is very dark

The room was small but charming. Loved the location and the tiny balcony with a great view. The restaurant was very very good, we ate there 2 x's. The staff spoke English and we're so friendly. The included parking required dragging our luggage 2 blocks. Three room was loud at night and morning with church bells and the restaurant.

Convenient a really, perfect location in historic downtown , friendly staff, delicious café con leche - (lactose free). Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower too. Love the old time Mexico atmosphere with the decor and the music, you are truly transported to Mexico…

La habitación es muy pequeña y muy RUIDOSA, la caja fuerte no funcionó, te piden una ID por una plancha , 😞, no tiene estacionamiento tienes que pagar 130 pesos por noche, miente la publicidad..

It was very nice and convenient with in walking distance to all the good sites, The only thing I didn’t like is Whalen I book with Expedia they give you the rooms that are far way on the back

Habitación impecable, estancia cómoda, cerca del centro y atención increíble, solicitamos una toalla adicional por la noche y no tardaron nada en llevarla a la habitación.

Las habitaciones muy obscuras, poca luz y demasiado ruido del restaurante que está en PB desde las 6.00am. definitivamente nada recomendable

Es una excelente opción, está muy bien situado en pleno centro, acceso fácil a los restaurantes, visitas guiadas, está sobre una calle adoquinada donde no entran coches, por lo tanto no hay ruido, tiene un restaurant muy agradable, con mucha higiene y buenos precios llamado la llave, además el personal del hotel es muy amable en especial, una felicitación a la recepcionista Karla y el señor Max, quienes estaban en todo momento atentos a cualquier solicitud, te regalan botellas de agua al llegar y hay garrafones y se los pasillos para volverla a llenar, tiene una buena televisión con muchos canales, todo muy limpio, Definitivamente lo recomendamos

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hidalgo the location was perfect. The food was delicious and affordable. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Querétaro.
