The hotel was clean and comfortable. Reception and other staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size for the three of us and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us comfortable during a few hot, humid days. Finally, we enjoyed the plentiful morning breakfast offerings in the dining room, and found the food manager Eric to be particularly kind and attentive. Would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to others planning a trip to Kingston.

We loved our stay with our kids. The staff we all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and there were options near by for other meals. Room was clean and comfortable.

Pet friendly in actual was not as mentioned. The dog shouldn’t be alone and need to be accompanied. I paid another 100 dollars + tax for keeping the dogs alone at the room when I went out to eat a fast food. Don’t stay here if you have dogs with you!

Staff was always smiling and great with every inquiry, esp at breakfast. Parking was easy and plentiful even when the hotel was full. Would definitely stay again!

Great property

This hotel should be at least 4 stars. Incredibly clean, Nicely decorated. Helpful staff. Free parking is a plus. Reasonably priced. Breakfast was ok but I missed assortment of (local) cheeses, fresh (local) seasonal vegetables, seasonal fruit and bacon. Or some assortment of charcuterie. Perhaps some breakfast meze or tapas. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

So glad to give a review. The BEST hotel we have ever stayed at. Front desk staff genuinely friendly. Loved the room, the walk-in shower. The size of the room, the bathroom amenities. Everything so clean and well maintained, the hallways, the elevators, the lobby, the plants outside ect. The staff at breakfast, a tall lady and a gentleman….SO genuinely friendly….food excellent, a good variety, hot and cold….. o complaints at all, hope we can stay with you again……..❤️

Excellent stay! Everything was top-notch — the room was spotless and comfortable, parking was easy and convenient, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to the cheerful gentleman in the breakfast area who made every morning even better with his positive attitude. The breakfast itself was excellent with plenty of great options. I would definitely stay here again!
