駐車場有、無料とありましたが、駐車場は無く、提携駐車場も有料でした

everything was good except on the breakfastthey manue say wat they have but they didn’t have what the menu says all they have was black beans eggs so will be beter go out the hotel to a restaurant!

The room was nice and clean.I stayed in the 2 nd building part of the hotel which was nice and quiet but I didn’t like the fact that every-time I wanted to get back in the hotel I had to knock on the main door and wait for someone to open. Also the room was never made up. The breakfast was great and the location too.

El personal es excelente. Lo que no estoy de acuerdo es que te mandan a otro edificio del hotel del que no publican las fotos y del que las habitaciones e instalaciones son muy diferentes a las publicadas en la página de Expedia. Ya que uno paga por el producto que esta visualizando de dónde te vas a hospedar y las condiciones de la habitación no se parecían en nada a las habitaciones proporcionadas. en su caso deberían costar menor precio. El piso se veía muy viejito. es como una casa que le dieron una pasadita para acondicionarla como hotel. por lo menos que publiquen esas fotos.

I have stayed at Hotel Nico before— and I will stay there again. I also got a room for my daughter and 2 friends. It was their first time. They also liked it very much. Very convenient to places they wanted to see in Antigua. 👍

Muy atentos y amables todos, el cuarto limpio y en todo momento resolvieron nuestras dudas. La localización es muy buena, cerca de todo Recomendadisimo!!

The door entrance close early, even you can ring the bell and they will open, but it’s a little bit annoying, the breakfast kinda limited but is free, the location was great close from almost everything.

Had a great stay at Nico Hotel in Antigua. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk around the city. The rooftop views were beautiful, especially in the morning and at sunset. Breakfast was simple but good, and overall it felt like a really cozy place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to lots of resturants & shopping. Had to ask for AC remote to turn on AC. Small rooms but clean!

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was simple and tasty, and the property was beautiful.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We asked for extra towels and other items and they delivered immediately. Very beautiful rooftop views. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay at The Hotel Nico and no doubt to stay again.
