The hotel is utterly breathtaking – I have never experienced such a delightful and enchanting place to stay. Every corner is adorned with an exquisite array of ornaments, statues, paintings and elegant furniture, all chosen with impeccable taste.
Not a speck of dust could be found anywhere, reflecting the hotel's exceptional attention to detail.
The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast was superb – even the avocado was perfectly ripe!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
My only concerns were locating my room and the placement of charms within it.
I received a complimentary upgrade to a room on the fourth floor; however, navigating the hallways late at night proved challenging due to insufficient signage in the main areas. It took multiple attempts before I successfully found the room (and a solo female traveller, the ease of finding a room is paramount), so additional signage would be beneficial.
The upgraded room featured a Buddha-inspired design, with a decorative arrangement of tassels and charms positioned beneath the air conditioning unit. When the air conditioner operated, it intermittently moved the charms, resulting in persistent noise throughout the night. As I am sensitive to sound while sleeping, relocating these decorations to another part of the room may improve guest comfort.
