家族で利用しました 立地は良くスタッフの方も親切でしたが 部屋の埃が気になりました 比較的新しく、若い方なら良いかもしれません

立地は旧市街，新市街の両方に徒歩10分くらいなのでとても便利です．空港からのバス停まで徒歩15分くらいですから早朝の移動でも大丈夫です． 部屋にはコップがありません．フロント横のバーにお願いするとカップを借りることができます．ドライヤーもありません．シャワーのすぐ横がトイレなので，床は濡れてしまいます．冷蔵庫はありません．写真にあるようなテラスもありませんでした． 立地〇，部屋の設備△という感じです．価格はそれなりなので気にならない人は大丈夫かと思います．

また泊まりたいです。

Great location for seeing Bilbao on short 2 night stay, staff welcoming. Clean. Quiet considering busy hub for buses with local people coming and going to work. Glad to have had own bathroom in hostel type stay. Busy place probably do to convenient location.

Loved the little balcony to sit out at night and in the morning with a coffee. Room was good sized. Clean, bright and airy. It was great.

Excellent value for money in great location. Definately take the breakfast as it is very good selection and superb coffee. Nightly events and shared rooms make for a relaxed, friendly place. Thank you - i would definitely stay here again.

The shared spaces are lovely. They really make an effort to make this place feel comfortable, clean and welcoming. The actual room though are not great. Just bunk beds with curtains. I guess it is nice to have the toilet, sink and shower in the room, but when you are sharing a room, I would have preferred having a more private space for showering etc. the street behind the room I stayed was incredibly noisy. I was able to tune it out but if you need quiet to sleep make sure your room is not facing the street.

Decent 4 bed room. Sink in room, shower and toilet attached to room on either side. This makes reducing noise and light disturbance for other roomies difficult. Curtain on the bunks resolves the light issue only to a small extent. Noise from the street. Bring ear plugs. Hostel had daily entertainment activities and staff were very helpful. Reasonable buffet breakfast for extra €7. Towel could be rented for €3. Drawers under bed for storage. Bring your own padlock.

The location was very good...very clean...and have a laundry that it's a plus especially when you spend a month in Spain...the room with no tv, and amenities was a little disappointing... but for people doing the Camino de Santiago it's perfect.

I had a good stay, rooms were clean and location is excellent. The kitchen is very minimal but gets a simple job done, fyi not able to cook until after their breakfast. The lobby is nice, it was a bit chilly and a few blankets might make the space a bit more cozy! Not all my dorm mates were respectful but I understand that is out of the hostels control.

Did not know this is a hostel, which I usually avoid. However, for 2 days, it was adequate. Central location was key. Very walkable.

Ilmastointi hyvä, henkilökunta mukavaa tosin info ei oikein kulkenut eri ”osastojen” kanssa toisille. Aamupala riittävä ja plussaa buffasta. Suosittelen kaikin puolin.

El personal de recepción es excepcional. Lamentablemente no tengo los nombres de los chicos pero resolvieron un problemilla que teníamos en la habitación con un ruido constante en la noche. Muy atentos nos cambiaron de habitación a la mañana siguiente y nos invitaron el desayuno por la inconveniencia. Muy agradecido por su trato y la rapidez para resolver el problema en mano.

Great amenities

The room was spacious and clean and so was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful at all times especially Daniel on the front desk. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Brilliant location Would recommend it to anyone

La habitación estaba buena y la gente amable, pero mi único preocupación Es que a mí, como mujer, me asignaron una cama en una habitación que solo había hombres. Entiendo que era un dormitorio mixto. No pude reservar un dormitorio solo para mujeres, así que reservé el más pequeño de los disponibles, sin embargo, teniendo en cuenta el aumento de las agresiones a las mujeres, parece extraño poner a una mujer en una habitación con 3 hombres. Los hombres con los que estaba estaban bien, pero no siempre es así.

Amazing place to stay in Bilbao! Great room, super helpful receptionists and affordable prices for everything. I'd stay here again if we visit Bilbao another time.
