My 3rd time staying at this hotel. Best attribute is its location, veey central to things in Monterrey. Maids regularly come and clean the room everyday faithful. That being said its a older hotel thats in need of remodeling of all its facilities. Staff is friendly and accommodating of your request as best as possible per hotel policy. Security is very good around the hotel. Large bus station across from hotel so again a good location and rail system. If i had one complaint it is that i request the in room safe to be repaired or move me to another room. That never happened on my stay this past time. Overal 3.5-4stars

No m parece que cobren x mas personas cuando claramente la habitación es para 4 personas y éramos las 4 personas no entiendo !!!

En general todo está bien solo que estaba en remodelación

La alarma contra fuego sonó toda la noche el cuarto huele mal , una cucaracha en el baño .

El hotel muy bien agusto pero la zona no me gustó pero si solo es para llegar a dormir llegas al hotel en coche y después te vas temprano así si está bien
