This is a wonderful hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything to me, which was a relief. The staircase was spacious and lovely. The room was also decorated in white, which gave it a clean and comfortable feel. When I opened the door, I could see the cathedral right in front of me. I am very satisfied with the wonderful experience of being able to see such a wonderful view every morning. Thank you very much.

ホテルの入口は施錠され、ドアにフランス語の手書きメモが貼ってありました。手書きのため写真翻訳できず、通りがかりの人に読んでもらうと、電話番号が書いてあり電話しろとのこと。電話したらフランス語で捲し立てられ、訳がわからず立ち尽くしていたら、しばらくして中から人が出てきてドアを開けてくれました。入り口ドアの暗証番号だけを教えられた後は、フロントは無人で一切のサービスや案内はしてくれません。 部屋は綺麗でしたが、大きな鳥や鳩が窓の横で鳴いていました。着いた時はうるさい程度でしたが、翌朝早くからけたたましい鳴き声がして、予定よりも1時間前に起こされてしまいました。 最悪なのは設備。シャワーのお湯がぬるめなのと、フェイスタオルがないこと、寒いのに暖房が切られているのは我慢できましたが、たくさんあるコンセントに電気が通っておらず、充電できなかったのには困り果て、フロントに電話してもフランス語のテープが流れているだけ。コールバックのメッセージを残しましたが、チェックアウトのときにさえ、素知らぬフリでした。

The staff were very helpful. Room would have benefitted from tea and coffee facilities.

The room was tiny, without any decoration, just bare walls. It felt like we were staying at a monastery. We chose the hotel for the location, right on the cathedral square. We had warning that there’s no parking at the hotel, but no warning that it’s completely inaccessible by car. I had to park five blocks away and walk to the hotel to check in, and ask for instructions where to park. The closest public parking structure, at the Cathedral Parking, was very difficult to find. Don’t count on Google Maps telling you how to get there. And then we had to haul our luggage from the parking to the hotel.

Excellent hotel, idéalement situé prés de la cathédrale. Deco soignée et moderne. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires. Chambre et salle de douche assez petites mais bien aménagées. Petit dejeuner tres correct (croissants, brioche, jambon, fromage, cereales, yaourts ...). On reviendra avec plaisir

Breakfast was perfect. Location is incredible and within walking distance to everything. Room was wonderful overlooking the cathedral!

Location, location, location! This hotel is right on the square of the cathedral with a gorgeous view from our balcony. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location with views of the cathedral. Insufficient desk coverage - most of the time no one staffed the front desk. If needing help guests had to call staff. Only bath towels were available. There was no hair dryer available. Did not purchase breakfast. Would not recommend this to friends and would not stay again if we visited Rouen.

Rent rum, välstädat hotell och trevlig personal. Något hård säng dock. Inget kaffe på rummet. Men annars väldigt bra!

Great balcony corner views from our Room #10. The Christmas market had started the day we arrived and it snowed that night (in late November). Complete with the imposing sight of the Notre Dame Cathedral, it was a near perfect stay in Rouen.

The hotel’s location could not have been better - directly across the plaza from the Cathedral.
