This is a wonderful hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything to me, which was a relief. The staircase was spacious and lovely. The room was also decorated in white, which gave it a clean and comfortable feel. When I opened the door, I could see the cathedral right in front of me. I am very satisfied with the wonderful experience of being able to see such a wonderful view every morning. Thank you very much.

ホテルの入口は施錠され、ドアにフランス語の手書きメモが貼ってありました。手書きのため写真翻訳できず、通りがかりの人に読んでもらうと、電話番号が書いてあり電話しろとのこと。電話したらフランス語で捲し立てられ、訳がわからず立ち尽くしていたら、しばらくして中から人が出てきてドアを開けてくれました。入り口ドアの暗証番号だけを教えられた後は、フロントは無人で一切のサービスや案内はしてくれません。 部屋は綺麗でしたが、大きな鳥や鳩が窓の横で鳴いていました。着いた時はうるさい程度でしたが、翌朝早くからけたたましい鳴き声がして、予定よりも1時間前に起こされてしまいました。 最悪なのは設備。シャワーのお湯がぬるめなのと、フェイスタオルがないこと、寒いのに暖房が切られているのは我慢できましたが、たくさんあるコンセントに電気が通っておらず、充電できなかったのには困り果て、フロントに電話してもフランス語のテープが流れているだけ。コールバックのメッセージを残しましたが、チェックアウトのときにさえ、素知らぬフリでした。

This hotel offered a welcoming atmosphere. The owner who was on the property was very attentive and helpful. It is situated near everything! Loved it! Definitely going back!

I highly recommend this hotel. Very quiet, very clean, lovely room with modern finishes and balcony facing the cathedral. Check in and check out experience was easy. Bed super comfortable.

The hotel is in an ideal location right next to the cathedral. However, the rooms smell like mildew. I think the bathroom drains need to be cleaned. The sheets also smelled like mildew so perhaps the washing machine needs to be cleaned.

Great location, in the old town right next to bars, cafes, and the beach. A little noisy, since right under a restaurant/bar. But it was worth it to be so close to everything.

The hotel manager was amazing Very nice Super accommodating Lent us an umbrella and called us a cab- then waited to make sure we got the cab👍

We arrived very late at night due to delayed flights and the staff was very accommodating.

Can't beat the location. It's right in front of the cathedral and the cathedral is the tallest in France.

Very nice service, easy autonomous check-in, lovely staff. Quiet, staid and traditional feel which appeals to an older / veteran traveller, this place ticked all the boxes. Bring earplugs if you're coming for more than 1 night- the show on the Cathedral starts at 11 and it is loud. It was very nice staying here, Rouen has so much to see
