The shuttle service to the airport was full at certain times, but they increased the number of buses to accommodate. The staff's flexible response and smiles were wonderful. However, the area around the hotel seems unsafe, so it's best to avoid going out at night. There doesn't seem to be any restaurants nearby.

空港ホテルというとどうして質が落ちるのか、もっとマリオットクオリティを出してほしい。 スーツケースを置くには、あまりに小さく、ステンレスのフレームが邪魔で、はみ出しながら置くこともできない。フロントにラックを貸してほしいと聞いても無いという。床に置くか、ベッドに置くか、どうにかしてほしい。あのフレームが無ければ何とかなるのに！ 顔を洗おうとすると、洗面のお湯、水が白濁している。何で？？？

Great property. Clean and well-run hotel. Property is in a area that is under redevelopment, but is walkable and safe.

I really enjoyed the hotel overall, but I was disappointed with the parking. Guests who are staying at the hotel should receive a discount or better parking options.
