From pre booking to arrival check in and checkout Esther and Maria were very helpful in assisting in a pleasant and professional way. I was very grateful for the airport transportation assistance arrangement done by Esther which was done accurately and safely. Warmth welcome from the staff they even speak English and make sure that everything is up to your standards and liking during your stay in the hotel . Thank you Naranjo Team and hotel management for the hospitality assistance provided .

The hotel is in a great area and very accessible. The hotel is very new and well Kept. The rooms are large with a large bathroom and walk-in shower. We used it for some pre-wedding preparations and pictures. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The comfort and modern style of the room is a great value for the price.

This hotel is very centric, only about a 3 minute walk from the Basilica and all bus stops to the capital and other cities. Very clean and chic.

Excelente lugar. Nos encantó la atención de todo el personal, especialmente la de Rafelina, quien estuvo siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra visita a Higüey. Su amabilidad, sonrisa constante y disposición para responder a nuestras preguntas hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. La habitación era impecable, muy cómoda y equipada con todo lo necesario para un descanso perfecto. Además, la ubicación del hotel es ideal, cerca de los principales puntos de interés, lo que facilitó mucho nuestro viaje. Sin duda, un lugar al que regresaríamos. Sandra Pulido
