ちょうど町の中心部に道路工事が多く、ナビはそれが登録されていなかったため、行くのが大変だったが、そのおかげか、ホテルのディスカウントレートを利用できて良かった。

この時期にこの値段は安すぎると思ったが部屋も広く清潔でとてもコスパが良いホテル｡目の前のガソリンスタンドに行けば食料等もそろっておりとても便利｡

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was great! The best amenity for us was the available garage for parking with a door leading directly in to the lobby. It was 70 degrees and sunny for the first two days of our visit, and that turned to 29 degrees with 3 inches of snow for the last two days of our visit. Interior parking was really appreciated!

Clean and quiet place to stay!

The room was fine, and the staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel itself is not your typical Hampton. I should not have assumed that it would have the regular amenities, but was disappointed that there was no pool, hot tub, or business center. It seemed quite overpriced for what it offered.

We stayed here for a basketball tournament, the location is convenient, staff was friendly, the hotel and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Although it isn't a 5 star hotel, for a small town it gets a 5 star with full amenities, a nice breakfast, great staff, great value and an impressive exercise room for this hotel! We would definitely stay again!

Friendly staff

So we called this Hampton and specifically asked if there would be shuttle service over the weekend. The person we spoke with said it would be running until midnight. We would never would have stayed in that remote location if there wouldn’t be a shuttle into town. It was below zero so walking wasn’t an option. When we got there the desk person said there wasn’t a shuttle and didn’t know anything about it. He then called someone, apparently it was the owner, who told him to tell us it was broken down. So we didn’t get to go anywhere that night, and the day the staff told us the real story, that they just didn’t have any one to drive so they hadn’t done it for awhile. It’s bad enough that we were stuck there, but the lying to us was the limit. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again!

We like the Hampton Inn. We can run to Deadwood if we want but it's close to the slopes for skiing. Highly recommend it.

Physical appearance of property and facilities looked very good. Staff was well trained and helpful. Breakfast was great. Indoor parking is a plus in this snowy town.

Love staying in Lead. The mounting was that the hotel didn’t seem all that busy but we would have preferred a walk in shower instead of getting a handicap room. Gave hospital vibes.
