フロントは綺麗で部屋もリニューアルした様子だった。 部屋はぱっと見は綺麗だが、床はお菓子のゴミ等が残されていた。 3週間滞在し、掃除機をかけるように依頼したが変わらなかった。 朝食はほとんど同じメニューなので若干飽きるが、無いよりかはマシである。

This place was great! Located next to a Walmart and restaurants makes it convenient specially since the room had a full fridge, stove and microwave. Room was clean and comfy. The pool area was great! Will stay here again

We stayed for 3 days and house keeping never came to clean our room, provide fresh towels, or remove trash.

We were greeted by a nice gentleman right when we walked in, the pool was open till 10, breakfast was hot and ready the next morning. Thank you!

We stayed just because we needed somewhere to stay to split up or long trip. The man at the front desk was more than helpful and friendly. However this morning changed my impression of this place. They knocked on our door 30 minutes before check out asking if we’re checking out. Then 2 minutes prior to check out time they are there again at our door knocking - asking if we’re checking out. I thought it was very rude and I’ve never been treated like this at a hotel before. Then we go to check out and he’s down at the desk. What is he doing - seeking us out to kick us out? That’s what it felt like. Awful.

Easy access, friendly staff

The facility seemed to be in need of some updates.

Our stay was good. Our only concern was a group of young basketball players running and screaming down the hall until around 10pm. Good selection of breakfast but the turkey sausage was watery and the eggs had onion and peppers in them that my wife couldn’t eat. The front desk clerks were very friendly which was pleasant!

The only real complaint was that the pool was a pretty big disappointment and nothing like it appeared in the website.

This hotel is OLD and in a rough part of town. The pictures look nice but the hotel is run down and gross. We would not stay again.

The hotel was nice and staff was very helpful. The room we stayed in was a bit cold despite the heater be set high. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Very quiet, comfortable place

I reserved a family suite which I really enjoyed. It was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel seemed to be under construction… elevators were out of order, many amenities were unavailable. I was a bit disappointed that the indoor pool was also closed. They said it was because of the season, but I was confused since it was indoors. Overall the stay was decent. The staff was pleasant, and free hot breakfast and coffee is always a plus.

The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Hotel was ok. But one elevator out of service and the other was supposed to be inspected in 2023 see pic.

Even when it looks like they recently renovated, the facility looks old and careless. I do not recommend this hotel for families because the area is not lovely, and it is dark and feels unsafe. They have a smoke detector, but not in the kitchen; it was over the sink.??. The sofa looked dirty, and the vent was messy in the bathroom. It's an incredible price, but the photos are far from reality.

Staff was very friendly, which truth be told was the only reason we kept our reservation. It's the old saying, you get what you paid for but honestly, with the name "Wyndham", I expected it to be decent. They knew the elevator was out yet they didn't say anything until we were there. It turned out to be on the other side of the place to get there since the elevator was out. It was late and we were too tired. Place & room was clean but the place definitely could use help to not look so rundown. The hot breakfast. I only tried it once & that was enough. The heater in the room was noisy as F@$#. Getting to the place even with the GPS, cause obviously we didn't know the area, was ridiculous. Hated the room layout where the "bathroom" sink was IN the room where the bed is, so not waking up your family when you get up early, yeah, not happening. Overall, it was OK but as much as the staff was wonderful, friendly and easy to converse with, unfortunately, we will not be returning when we have to go back in the next month or two. I wish we did take photos.
