They didn't allow us to stay and denied our booking

Didn't allow me to check in because they said we don't accept booking from Expedia even though I showed them the booking confirmation email. It was very terrible experience

he didn't provide me invoice and some rooms had ventilation issue.

He refused my booking Confirmation no was shown but he refused . I was about to go after 15 minutes waste. Then he talked to hotel.com no.then he gave room. Horrible experience.
