周りは治安がよさそうで、夜に歩いても問題ありませんでした。建物が古いのか、早朝にでかけるお客さんや、水をくみに廊下にでて話すお客さんの声が、部屋にいるかのように近くで聞こえて壁の薄さだけが難点でした。

El personal es muy amable. El hotel está muy bien localizado. Disfrute cada detalle en su diseño que fue pensado para agradar y proveer comodidad al huesped.

Rooms got hot poor ventilation , also sound was terrible , you could hear everything in other rooms and the hallway .

Very well located on a good walkable neighborhood. Staff was friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable. The view from my window was the beautiful garden.

Nice atmosphere of the property but the room could do with more ventilation. A little miscommunication around breakfast being included or not but it was handled properly by the staff.

Overall a great place, lovely staff and we loved the breakfast options. We had a room facing the street and it was very loud, we managed with earplugs, and didn’t ask for an another room, as it was manageable. Should I return I would go for a more quiet room type. Easy to walk around and find great places to eat.

We didn’t get the room we originally booked because of a leak in the ceiling.

Très bien placé dans chapiro, le quartier est calme mais vivant, beaucoup de restaurants et d’endroits pour prendre un café. L’hôtel est très agréable, les chambres assez spacieuses et très chaleureuses.

Great staff, good food, helpful and got problems fixed asap - great location

On the good side.. the room was good sized and always spotless and well maintained. The entire staff were wonderful. The restaurant was great to have onsite. The food was quite good and the service friendly and courteous. The only downside is: 1. Lack of good natural ventilation. There was one small portable widow for the room. In our case that wasn't adequate to keep the room fresh. 2. There is not adequate noise control. Our room was so noisy the first night that I had to wear earplugs. People talking on phones outside in the common courtyard reverberated through the room. Unfortunately, the person talked for an extended time very late into the night. You can also hear everything that happens in the hallway. I would love to recommend this hotel enthusiastically, but until the noise is solved that would not be fair to future customers. As a final caveat, our room may not be representative of other rooms in the hotel. In that case I would refer to others recommendations for clarity.

Een leuk en sfeervol hotel. De eerste kamer die we kregen was zo klein (terwijl we bewust een duurdere/ grotere kamer hadden geboekt) dat we gevraagd hebben om een andere kamer. Die was een stuk beter, volgens ons ook gewoon de kamer die we oorspronkelijk hadden geboekt. Het ontbijt is a la carte en goed. Jammer dat er maar 1 koffie incl. is. De ramen van de kamer sluiten niet voldoende waardoor je veel geluid van buitenaf hoort. Het hotel is verder mooi ingericht en het restaurant ok.

Staff was wonderful and the food at the hotel restaurant excellent. Highly recommend avoiding any of the basement rooms if you're at all heat-sensitive, though. I was surprised to pay for the upgraded "executive" room and find it (A104) in a very stuffy basement with just indirect light from a light shaft and night temperature too hot (for me) to sleep comfortably.

The room smelt weird / breakfast wasn’t the same as before! The service was good though
