We really liked our stay, good location. We stayed in the Cobb suite, super comfortable, good sofa, tv, bed. Breakfast in a hamper was perfect, fresh hot croissants. My only complaint was the WiFi, kept going in and out.if your thinking about Lyme Regis I would definitely recommend.

Our stay for 1 night was fine. Not having its own carpark is deffinitely a challenge. 24 hr parking NCP £16. And the hill is very steep to haul baggage up even 20-30 yds. The furniture is quite quirky and some of it a bit tatty. Roof garden pleasant. Breakfast in a hamper a novelty but as a croissant included the marmalade should be in the hamper not the kitchen.

Very hot room with no air conditioning. Fan provided was noisy. Main light didn’t work. On the plus Breakfast was nicely presented and staff friendly and helpful. Well equipped room.

Nice and quiet and comfortable

The room was nice but slightly small. The location was great. Within walking distance of the beach and harbor. My only complaint was a used toothbrush in the bathroom and rubbish in the pocket of one robe. The breakfast baskets delivered I our room was a very nice touch and delishish

Das Hotel ist ein klassisches englisches Haus in absoluter Bestlage, direkt im Zentrum von Lyme Regis. Es versprüht genau den historischen Charme, den man sich erhofft, bringt aber natürlich auch die entsprechenden Besonderheiten mit sich (wie das Gepäck über eine schmale Treppe in den dritten Stock zu tragen). Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ebenso wie das Badezimmer. Besonders genossen haben wir die tolle Aussicht. Ein echtes Highlight war das Frühstück: An beiden Morgen wurde uns ein Frühstückskorb gebracht, der unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen hat – sehr liebevoll zusammengestellt! Der einzige Minuspunkt: Nachts war es ziemlich kalt im Zimmer. Die Heizung hat leider nicht funktioniert; ich vermute, dass sie bereits zentral abgeschaltet war. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wenn man das authentische Flair eines alten Hauses schätzt!

Wonderful stay in a Beautiful room

My husband and I enjoyed a two night break in this wonderful hotel. After reading all of the previous reviews we had high expectations, and were definitely not disappointed. It really is a very special place to stay and we will definitely go again.

Pleasant room newly decorated ; clean and comfortable with quality bed linen. Nice continental breakfast with hot bakery products left in a delightful picnic hamper.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location, just outside the hustle and bustle of the town but convenient to attractions and dining. It's a significant uphill climb from the beach though. We enjoyed the Continental breakfast that was delivered to us each morning. We would stay here again.

Was a nice stay. Very inpersonal as it was a key box situation, no staff on site which was fine and expected. Breakfast hamper wss fine, wasnt to get excited about but the system worked well. It was yoghurt, pastry (warmed/cooked fresh) some fruit and muesli. Was nice eating the comfort of your room but it wasnt blowing anyone away. Rooms were comfortable just noisy. You could here your neighbours and other guests, chatting, having 7am showers and making coffee with the noisiest nespresso machines ever. The hotel did what we needed it to, it was nice enough but probably wouldn't rush back unless the price was right.

Great two night stay, with a good continental breakfast delivered to our room. Lovely tastefully furnished room, comfortable bed and hot powerful shower. Very good location close to shops, restaurants and beach. Would stay here again.
