Tuve un par de inconvenientes pero el hotel intentó resarcirlos, el personal de recepción no fue lo mejor que tiene el hotel….

We had a suite. One of our bathroom sinks only had cold water and the other only had hot. I spoke to our room person and it was not fixed.

The hotel is well located, with easy pedestrian access to the beach and Parque Kennedy just a stroll away. Lots of great restaurants in the area at various price points and with a variety of cuisines. Rooms were well designed, comfortable, and clean. Drinks at the rooftop bar were overpriced and underwhelming. Best to go to one of the area restaurants and bars.

Very nice rooms, breakfast buffet was excellent, close to nice restaurants and beach.

Perfect location to walk to parks, shops, Larcomar and along the Malecon de Miraflores. Breakfast was great; the room and hotel were comfortable and clean; staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
