Once your step inside this property your greeted with the incredible energy and positivity from the staff from front reception, bar to cleaning facilities. There was a certain level of enthusiasm and

I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back.

The hotel needs reparation in so many spots! (Toilet nearly fell off the wall, water handle was loose by the tub, chairs at outdoor bar, were completely rotten, we didnt dare to sit on them) Also the night service only came around 2 out of 4 nights. We were not allowed to take our new born baby (sleeping in the stroller) into the gym! Apart from that, the food was very good, alao the food in the restaurant was brilliant! The garden and plants are beatful! Overall a good hotel that urgently needs fixing on several spots.

Das Aysla und ist nicht nur traumhaft angelegt und in jedem Detail perfekt, auch der Service ist herausragend gut. Das Frühstück ist der Wahnsinn mit einer fantastischen Auswahl. Unser Zimmer war auch wunderschön mit Terasse. Super warn auch die ebikes!

Great property but very much out of the way. You definitely need a car which we had but wish we could of just walked to grab a coffee or a bite to eat

Perfect spa break, hotel and gardens are beautiful. Staff, service, rooms and restaurants all excellent. Limited options in surrounding area but hotel makes up for it.

후기가 별로 없어서 걱정했는데 한국인이라면 꼭 가보시길 추천드립니다. 시설이나 서비스가 매우 좋고 총괄 쉐프님이 한국에서 12년정도 살다 오셔서 한국어가 매우 유창합니다. 더불어 레스토랑 디너 메뉴가 한식과 일식으로 구성되어있습니다. 여행 중 한식이 먹고싶었는데 덕분에 마요르카에서 육회비빔밥을 먹을 수 있었습니다.

We were traveling around Mallorca and wanted to be out of the city but closer to the beach. This hotel was wonderful!! They were very attentive to us and made sure our stay was exceptional. Our room was amazing and the food was great!! The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Spain. Overall just an amazing stay!

Das Hotel ist in einem modernen, neuwertigen und luxuriösen Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und sicher. Die stylische Aussenanlage sowie der Spabereich sind top gepflegt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, sehr nett und gut geschult im Hotelierbereich.

Amazing property with lovely staff.

Cons: Not enough vegetarian options, all food and drinks were expensive, nothing to do near the resort so car is necessary, staff did not do anything to make us feel special for our stay during our honeymoon. Pros: clean, looks new, music/dj at night, spa on site which is also very expensive, good variety of options for breakfast but same menu every day

Sehr schönes neu gebautes 5* Hotel. Viele Designermöbel (insbesondere Stühle) welche nett anzusehen, aber völlig unbequem sind. Ansprechende Weinkarte, welche preislich aber sehr übersäuert. Dennoch gerne wieder!
