Good staff, nice restaurant open 24 hours, good gym and sauna. but near this area are not good to walk in the night, many traffic, a little noise

Las instalaciones están ok pero no el rumbo. Inseguro

I was pleasantly surprised by the jacuzzi and sauna in the room but totally turned off by the fact that the filter in the jacuzzi seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. It also needed to be drained manually by staff which was a nuisance. If you're staying here, bring your own shampoo and conditioner, my bleached hair will never forgive me for washing it with the shampoo provided (no conditioner available). Food was good and room service was timely. The area is kind of inconvenient as the street is very crowded and narrow (lots of public transportation buses around). Short uber ride to shopping mall, so that was a savior. No convenience stores close either. Overall stay was ok for what we paid.

Todo muy bien, salvo su plataforma para hacer ChekInn, falla mucho. Nunca pide hacerlo de manera remota, lo hice hasta que llegué al hotel...

Muy buena opción bien ubicado

Muy mal ubicada y el problema es que sus habitaciones son muy ruidosas. Además comimos en el restaurante el martes y mi esposa se enfermó. Dejé el hotel el miércoles temprano y no volvería ahí nunca.

Las sábanas picaban al igual que las almohadas. Y el cuarto tenía todo el piso mojado de que se metía la lluvia.

Pésimo servicio, ventanas rotas, llamamos a mantenimiento para solucionar problemas en la habitación nunca fue, en el estacionamiento le pegaron a mi carro y no se hicieron responsables ni apoyaron en nada, las luces parpadean, un di no hicieron el aseo en mi habitación

Buen servicio, buena comida, buen precio. Recomiendo tener más opciones de canales de TV y una buen sonido en la habitación porque no se escucha bien la TV, además de que se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas. Colocar pasamanos en baños y regaderas / para personas de tercera edad.

Very nice property. Elevator was very small and closed too fast. No fridge or microwave. But other than that, good.
