DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Find a different hotel because this place is not worth the money. I paid way more than I should have for the quality of stay I got. The ac is jacked and turns off anytime you leave and is capped because the hotel is CHEAP. The bathroom was so small that you had to move your knees to the side on the toilet because otherwise you’d hit the wall. The shower leaked and had no temperature control and would get hot and cold at random times. The pool is tiny and FREEZING cold with only 8 chairs for a hotel with 6 floors of rooms. Finally I had a panic attack on our way to the hotel because their online check in system (which they threaten you have to do or pay a fine and that’s not even true) did not work at all and i was afraid we’d need a different hotel (we should’ve just gotten a new one). I tried calling over and over and they do not pick up the phone and their website is just AI slop for dorm students since the building is actually student housing and they just rent out the spare rooms for the “hotel”. Breakfast hall has like no seating and is barely worth €7. The only thing that is good about this hotel is the walk to the beach and the asian restaraunt next door. STAY SOMEHWERE ELSE.

Hotel close to the beach. Breakfast was really good. Nice staff. Bed was not comfortable. The mattress was caving in which was not good for my back. With the heat, staff didn't provide a fresh shower towel.

The room was basic but that was reflected in the price. The room had some damp in it and smelt damp. The shower was also mouldy. I personally wouldn't stay again, I think I'd pay extra for something cleaner.

Quiet, fresh friendly would deffo stay again. Only shame is the kitchens and pool are not open 24/7.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage/drain smell. I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue. A chemical product was used which appeared to mask the sewage smell rather than resolve it. The air-conditioning was also ineffective at cooling the room and dust/debris fell from the unit onto the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. In addition, there were visible maintenance issues in the room and bathroom, including signs of damp/mould and damaged skirting boards. What disappointed me most was the response when I first reported the problem. Rather than being offered an alternative room, my concerns were initially dismissed and I was left dealing with room issues from the very start of the stay. This negatively affected my enjoyment of the holiday. The location was good and the cleaner who attended the room was polite and helpful, but the overall standard of the room and the handling of the complaint were not what I would expect.

Nothing Good about this. Súper small room. Clogged bathroom. The hotel i think is for students or something because all the people are super young. A lot of noise outside the room. Never in my life going back to it, neither should you

Clean, functional, location, convenient to the tennis academy (reason for being in Valencia, beach and publc transport). Caters to 18 - early 30s population, with a dorm like recreation area on the mezzanine. Despite having sunny days in the high teens and low 20s, the pool remained closed. Rooms are equipped with small induction hubs, microwaves and refrigerators so you can prepare meals in your room if desired. The cleaning team were quick, effective and welcoming. Just needed to request they change the pillow case and sheets after few days. The front desk team were civil at best. Good location for those after a clean, functional location on a budget

All OK for the price. However a smell from the toilet in one of the two rooms (and some stains here and there) and very loud with a kitchen on each floor. Nice beds, sheets and ok breakfest.

Close to the beach and pick up breakfast even though we had early flight home would of liked the sports bar to be open to watch football

Ho soggiornato al Resa Patacona a Gennaio. Le stanze erano molto pulite e in ordine, essenziali e senza particolari pretese: niente di speciale, ma funzionali. La ragazza alla reception è stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile, cosa sicuramente apprezzabile. Per il resto, però, la struttura è un grande palazzone con un numero enorme di camere, che dà più l’idea di una residenza o ostello per studenti che di un vero hotel, e questo toglie un po’ di atmosfera. La nota più negativa è stata la colazione, che mi ha deluso parecchio: dalle foto sembrava decisamente più ricca, mentre in realtà era molto povera, con una o due opzioni al massimo. Un vero peccato. Nel complesso, comunque, il soggiorno è stato tranquillo e senza grossi problemi, ma con qualche aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato.
