Service is great at this hotel. When my son needed medicine, staff came with me to the pharmacy to help translate. I would stay here again. Breakfast is great with lots of choices and made to order sandwich/omelette bar.

Muito perto do centro histórico, facilitou bastante o meu deslocamento. Quarto 201 espaçoso. É um casarão antigo, portanto a infraestrutura pode ser antiga também, mas bem conservado. Lembram os apartamentos de 1980.

O chiveiro praticamente nao saia agua, quando fui pedir ajuda na recepção, o atendimento foi péssimo, grosseiro na verdade.

Com relação a acessibilidade pra idoso na acomodação achei deficiente pois estava com.minha mãe idosa de 80 anos e o banheiro do apto muito apertado e sem corrimão na parte do box. A Internet instável e ruim.na maior parte, e também sem estacionamento na hospedagem.

O hotel ocupa uma propriedade relativamente antiga no centro de Manaus, mas as condições do quarto onde fiquei estavam boas, com cama confortável, frigobar e cofre. Apenas senti falta de um telefone fixo para falar com a recepção. Vale destacar também o serviço de lavanderia, que foi bem útil depois dos passeios envolvendo trilha na Amazônia. Um problema maior é o fato do hotel hospedar vários eventos sociais (casamentos, aniversários) não tendo tanto espaço para isso no seu hall de entrada. A depender do horário pode haver muito fluxo de pessoas no caminho.

Perfect place to stay. Close to restaurants, shopping and the theater.

The service was very good in the rooms were roomy although a little worn and dated. The breakfast was an excellent large spread and they were very accommodating. The opera house is a block away.

Mi habitación no tenia ventana como aparecía en la foto, el servicio solo 1 señor de la recepción de Peru me atendió los demás del staff no estuvieron atentos. Lo positivo que el desayuno estaba rico y que hay varios lugares de interés como restaurantes, teatro y bares cerca.

Al llegar fue un poco confuso pues era de madrugada y estaba todo desolado, pero una vez dentro el personal del hotel es simplemente maravilloso, te atienden con amor, tienes tiempo para ti, simplemente espectacular. muito obrigado a todos no hotel, em especial ao Lucas da recepcao. Mais todos fueron 5 estrelas

Localização maravilhosa, equipe muito simpática e educada, tudo limpo e funcionando adequadamente! O único ponto é que como fica em uma região central e meu quarto era no 1 andar início da manhã já acordava com a zuada da rua. O café é bem farto e variado, mas senti falta de mais opções de frutas, só tinha duas e nos dois dias q comi a fruta não estava tão boa.

This hotel is dated but with some charm. The first room we got had no windows and smelled like chemicals. The service is excellent, though. They provided us with a better room at the same cost, starting the second night. Their restaurant on the first floor is great. Morning breakfast (free) and afternoon meals (for a fee) are superb. The location is great, too. So, stay here if you are not picky about modern and updated everything. The city is just like this hotel, BUT the river and jungle tours are amazing.

Das Hotel lieg sehr zentral, direkt 2 Minuten vom Teatro Amazonas entfernt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer ohne Fenster mit einer separaten Dusche und WC. Das Bett war i.O., alles war sehr sauber. Im Hotel wird ein sehr gutes Frühstück angeboten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Hotel steht WLAN zur Verfügung.

A fantastic hotel in the heart of Manaus, very close to the Opera House. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and an amazing breakfast buffet! Great value too.
