対面でないため戸惑いが多かったです。部屋は広くて綺麗でした。 キッチンもバスも排水がよくなかったのが残念でした。

Great place full size apartment very clean and spacious . Good price for a family with plenty of room for everyone .

This is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 toilets and showers, really luxurious. The apartment on the 3rd floor faces to a very noisy street all night, screaming, music, cars until the morning. There is no cleaning of the rooms, no answer to the phone and no one to talk to, I was missing toilet paper and towels and there was no one to turn to.

There is no one on site and the check in kiosk was very problematical. The cleanliness of the apartment was substandard. On checkout I was sent a bill that had the parking fee at 8 times what it was supposed to be. A phone call fixed it but it was just another part of the hassle of renting a place with no one on site.

Overall a great experience will be back soon.

Parking was super difficult in the area to check in. There is a fob in the room for parking, not sure why they charge extra during check in when its already in the room. Bedoom was clean, kitchen was clean.. luvung room could have used a wipe down and vacumn. Interior room, kind of dark. Great if you need to do laundry (in rrom). It had a lit of amenities as it is an apartment complex. Not the picture on the website at all. But great urban neighborhood.

Local bars and restaurants are in close walking distance to the property. The staff was very attentive and courteous.

Place was perfect. 💯 stay there. My only qualm we got there at 1 and couldn’t check in to 3 (their check in is 4 which is too late). So they hooked us up a little. But the day before, I would of paid extra for early check in even if my hotels gold status’s didn’t help me. But there is no way that I saw to do that. Otherwise, one of top 4 hotels in all of Austin and I been to most of the downtown ones.

Great location! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Overall, a great experience.

Way over exceeded expectations

This is a very nice apartment that accommodates hotel-like stays right in the heart of East 6th St, where a ton of action is.

A bit pricey for the stay but was a really nice….

Nice modern and clean apartment loft. Conveniently located and easy parking in garage. Definitely would stay again.

This apartment is convenient and parking is great but $20/night on site. Furnishings are austere, no psper towels or sofa cushions, but beds ate comfortable.

Not a fan of concrete floors and access to garage was spotty but front desk was friendly and helpful.

Nice property and good location. We stayed on the ground floor and about 2.30am the neighbors above entered. It sounded like they were moving in for the next 90 minutes. We heard every step and other.....unfortunately we did mot get much sleep due to that and the Friday night street noise.

Overall rating is low since I couldn’t stay due to restrictions and requirements. This appears to also be an apartment complex. I had to book another hotel. Sentral East did not give me a full refund. Careful booking this location. Be sure to read all thats required.
