We stayed for one night and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel has a lovely pool and spa if you have time to visit. The staff were so helpful and kind with anything that we asked for including arranging a ride to the airport. I also took advantage of the spa services for a facial that was provided in our room. Don't hesitate to book this hotel, Very reasonable and a good location.

Nice location with good restaurants close by. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Air conditioning however had an extensive repertoire of sounds. On reflection we should have asked for another room. I would not recommend rooms just around the corner from the lobby as noise levels in the morning can be annoying. Did not use the pool but lots of people including children were enjoying it. There is a bar located close to the pool. Breakfast not included however there is a good selection for dining in and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, although we pre-paid for the room, and paid an extra deposit of 1,000 pesos on checking in, we were asked two days before checkout for another deposit. We only went to the bar once, and had two breakfast bills. We felt that we were not trusted to pay the final balance. For this reason we will not be returning to this hotel.

Piden una garantía de $1000 al ingresar al hotel y no son transparentes en decir cuánto tiempo tardan en devolverlo, de hecho no lo han realizado, además que se quedó sin gas el hotel y el agua estaba fría en la ducha.

Si, la tina agradable. No me gustó q me dieron habitación sin ventana a exterior. Antes me había quedado en las q dan al jardín y/o alberca y me gustaron mucho más.

Personal muy amable, siempre disponible, room service rápido y delicioso, el único pero que le pongo fue que un día salimos “tarde” de la habitación, pusimos el cartel para la limpieza de la habitación y no se realizó

Nice little boutique hotel near some really good restaurants and centrally located. Nice pool and hot tub, a small restaurant and a bar by the pool. I will stay again!

No lo disfruté ya que llegamos tarde (spa vapor masajes alberca ) me refiero a todo los servicios que ofrecen en las instalaciones pero obvio regresaremos

Mi familia y yo nos sentimos en casa. Fue un viaje de estancia permanente en el hotel, prácticamente no salimos, en todo momento la gente fue cortés, amable, facilitadora de todo aquello que solicitamos. Nos han tratado de forma extraordinaria. Gracias. A todo el equipo que nos regaló siempre un sí acompañado de una sonrisa.
