Wonderful place to stay with family. Should stay more than two nights.

Not worth the money or the hype. It's a very expensive hotel with very poor service outside of the spa, which was great. We had issues with our check-in, service by the pool, room service and in general. Even when they offered to "rectify" it (after the fact and following our vacation..) and said they'd reach out to me at a later time with proposed compensation, but they never did. Unexpected and extra disappointing by an Auberge Collection hotel.

Welcoming and very helpful staff, clean room and facilities, great amenities. Kids-friendly activities (daycare) leaving adults free to do other adult things like wine-tasting.

Room was spotless despite rainy weather- twice daily house keeping and it always smelled like yummy lavender. The staff is absolutely superb. Every staff member I encountered remembered us by name and was absolutely courteous, knowledgeable and lovely!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, spacious and welcoming. Our two dogs even had a gift waiting for them, so cute!

The staff are excellent and very professional. They care about the customers and seek to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. The facility is beautiful and a truly unique experience.

The design, the activities, the outstanding effort of the staff to make everyone happy and feel special. Everything amazing except passive agressive baristas at the cafe part, sorry but I had to tell that. But even the bad vibes there weren’t enought to take off any points. Definitely will visit again! Super lovely place

Stanly is amongst the best resorts we have ever staying in. The spa has a salt water pool and a pressure chamber. Very unusual and a salt room. All very relaxing and unique. Great staff. Walk you through the whole experience.

The staff is impeccable. Food & drink is super fresh + delicious. Spa treatments, staff and amenities were wonderful. Love the modern-farm-wine country aesthetic from the architecture to the landscaping. Such a great weekend - I'll DEFINATELY be back!

The shower has no door so I never felt warm. Very poor design for women who always appreciate a wall head not a tree head. And bc there is no door the mirrors steam over so you cannot get ready if someone is in shower. Our heating didn’t work but they fixed pretty quickly. Linens were just ok. I expected more at this price point. Room was far from elegant or luxurious. It felt more like a 3-4 star room. The bear is marginal for food. Very nice staff but would not stay here again unfortunately.
