出張で行ったのですが、対面会議のない時間帯でのウェブ会議などの在宅ワーク的なこともやりやすくて、とても快適でした。隣の遊園地（プラター公園）の音が夜遅くまで聞こえていましたが、不快というほどではありませんでした。地下鉄駅至近で便利です。食事も美味しくて、文句ありません。ウィーンに行くことがあったら、また利用します。

Mükemmel bir konaklama. O kadar kendine has bir konsept ki. Mesela resepsiyon işleri kahvaltı yapılan yemek yenen en üst katta. Odalar aslında ev gibi tasarlanmış. Kısa süreli ev kiralıyorsunuz. Alanı mükemmel kullanıp her şeyi kullanışlı ur şekilde yerleştirmişler. Oda da mesela sıcak su torbası bile var ne diyeyim. Oyun küllerinden, Siemens bulaşık makinasına, kalem makastan, Siemens marka mikrodalga fırın, buzdolabına herşey var. Ve çok şık tasarlanmış, balkoda sallanan koltuk tabaklar kahve çay vs vs herşey var. Çatı katı Viyana manzaralı, kahvaltı güzel. İnsanlar iş toplantısı için bölümleri kapatıp yemek yiyerek bir şeyler içerek işlerini yapıyorlar. Yeri messe metrosuna 100 adım. Daha bir sürü yazılacak şey var ama bu kadar yeterlidir diye düşünüyorum.

Great hotel, highly recommend!

The beds look cool but are very small and compact, the staff were very abrupt and rude. The corridor to the lifts from the ground floor always smelt like someone had threw their 💩 around the place like a monkey.

No water bottles in the room. Would have liked some bottles to carry around whilst touring Vienna.

We loved the comfort, the welcoming attitude of the employees, the smart features of our room, the nearness to the U-Bahn

Having previously stayed at Zoku Amsterdam was initially disappointed by the distance from Vienna City but in fact the metro made it no problem at all. Once again very pleased with the whole Zoku experience including Hay Designer furnishings and the thoughtfulness of the small things paper/ pencils and other studio amenities in the Zoku studio which makes a longer stay so much more comfortable. Will look out for other Zoku residences and will definitely return to the brand.

I had an amazing stay at Zoku Vienna Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the property — everything felt fresh, spotless, and well-maintained. The breakfast was a real highlight: delicious, varied, and beautifully presented each morning. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely eager to help. They went out of their way to accommodate all my needs and made me feel completely at home. I can't recommend this hotel enough — it exceeded all my expectations!

Otel tasarım ve konsepti ile gayet tatmin edici. Odalarda kahve makinesi ve kapsül kahve ikramı vardı. Güzel düşünülmüş. Bardaki fiyatlar dışarısıyla aynı. Lunapark manzarası ayrı bir ambiyans ve derinlik vermiş. Resepsiyon hizmeti konsept gereği olsa da zayıftı. Otopark günlük 25euro ücretli. Otel misafirlerine ücretsiz olmasını beklerdim.

This was a great home base for our visit to Vienna. Clean with easy access to transit. Would definitely recommend this place.

A great place to stay and easy to get metro train into the centre of Vienna. Staff very kind & helpful. Roof bar & restaurant very convenient and a nice buzz to it.

We love it here, the wonderful staff, the location, the food, the funky little lofts - it is everything we need and more!

The staff were great, and the rooms were very comfortable and well set out with plenty of space and a useful small kitchen. There is a god gym and laundry (if you're only doing a single wash - talk to the staff as the Miele app takes a minimum 20 Euro top-up, and a wash is less that 5 Euro). The rooms were in good condition and cleaned twice a week, however, I found silverfish (Lepisma saccharina) running across the floor on 2 occasions - which I marked the review score down for

Honestly had a great time @ Zoku hotel, staff was amazing , helpful, approachable and polite. Made us feel comfortable. It was local to train station and everything was local with transport it’s easy to get around. Everything is walking distance. The park was amazing and so convenient felt good to have a nice empty park to go for a walk. The funfair wasn’t loud as the other reviews we read kind of threw us off this hotel but we loved the look of the hotel and read positive feedback mostly so we went ahead with it and booked it, I mean maybe due to the month we went the funfair was emptyish. Overall we had an amazing time at the hotel and Vienna!! We rented bikes from hotel cost us 38£ which I think this should be included in the hotel as nothing else is anyway I’d say that’s the only downside to it least the hotel can do is include the bikes honestly! However, overall fantastic stay with kind staff. I would recommend everyone this hotel apart from people with children as the bed lay out might be difficult with kids.

Had no room service for 3 night stay but other than that, it was a good experience. Rooms are superbly designed and the rooftop lounge and roof terrace is beautiful. Friendly & helpful staff. Location perfect for Messe Wien, WU University & Prater.
