Kitchen facilities in the room and good bathroom. But no instructions re heating or use of microwave, hob etc. The staff were helpful and reset the heating but the panel in the room did not work for us. TV was good. The chairs and table were a great feature but my partner felt the chairs were a bit unstable.

I only stayed one night in this converted old building but the rooms are laid out well. Having a kitchenette was great to heat up my breakfast/ quick meal late in the night. This will be great for those with young children or if you don't want to eat out. Finding your room is like walking through a labyrinth, signage can be improved as we kept following the arrows below the room numbers instead of across the board.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suit. It was a good size for a party of 3 - 2 spacious rooms, one with en-suit

Excellent location. Nice staff Shower base a bit slippy. Needs a mirror at seated level for hair etc. Would definitely recommend

The room was hot stuffy even with the cool air blowing. No window. Parking was expensive. Not made clear that it was not part of the hotel.

Fantastic value!

Well situated in the centre of town. Lovely reception area and bar. Room was clean and modern. Used a chair as a bedside table with lamp supplied. Room a bit stuffy. Plumbing noises from other rooms were loud! No parking.

Great location for bars & restaurants. Studio was a good size and in good condition. Only downside, limited plug points, bed isn’t of high standard and the room could do with being repainted. Limited breakfast meal but quality of food is good.

A really lovely hotel decorated nicely and with all the amenities you need. Because it’s an old property you can hear a lot of creaking in the night.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, clean room, lots of amenities and comfy bed. Would definitely stay again. Right in the heart of it all and multi storey car park a short walk away. Also surprisingly quiet considering you are right near all the nightlife

Very comfortable 5 night stay for the comedy festival. Friendly staff. Only thing that would have been better if there was a toaster in the kitchen area of my room.

Very comfortable and well maintained in a very handy central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of good places to eat within a few minutes walk.

The place was really nice, clean and very homey. Felt like home away from home. Location was amazing, right in the centre and an easy walk from everything we needed. Service was very good as well, overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
