セルフチェックインのシステムは非常に悪かったです。予約番号を何度か入力してみましたが、うまくいきませんでした。オペレーターに電話したところ、信号が非常に悪く、何度も電話をかけなければなりませんでした。

Great accommodation. However, the check in process is a bit tedious. The tablet was glitchy that I cannot input name, address etc. And had to contact the customer service/helper via video call through the tablet. Fortunately he was very helpful and everything went well (he had to by pass the check in process and done manually) also the booking code provided was wrong. Again the helper found it manually, so problems solved. Room is spacious enough for 5 of us, location is great. 10-15 minutes walking to Shinsaibashi.

Overall is very good, except the check in process that is little bit difficult since there is no one in the premise and moreover there is no clear guidance in the Ipad provided. Thankfully the operator can be called and can help us in time. During the stay it is difficult to find place to air/dry our clothes/towels and no mug provided, and I just realized that no washing machine is provided.
