Great place to stay with fantastic staff. Easy walking distance to the centre of Ely. Nice spacious rooms. We had a wonderful meal there and would definitely stay again.

The place needs urgent repairs the bathroom in particular

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Very nice pub and the room was great with everything you need. Food was excellent - I was in a rush to leave and they even made my breakfast to take away for me. Would highly recommend!

Nice staff, parked in council car park at rear of pub. Room good with comfy bed and good decor, no Wi-Fi signal and awful phone signal too. Close to amenities with shops n restaurant's only a pleasant 2 minutes walk. No breakfast available as stated but there are cafes nearby most only open from 9 though

Clean, tidy and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in! Check in was quick & easy, lady had great customer service.

Few issues with missing things from the room…hairdryer and remote control for the TV. But the lovely landlady/ manager was amazing and I can thoroughly recommend this place. Central to Ely town…which is absolutely stunning. Truly a great find

Didn't have breakfast and if we wanted nowhere was open or unlocked

Room was clean and comfortable, food was lovely, the staff were brilliant and helpful. The only problem was the remote control for the tv didn't work and staff didn't seem to know how to fix it. While it's certainly not the most important thing we all know 99% of hotels have got TV's in them, it's standard these days so the staff should be trained in how to work or set up the remotes and there should always be spares. There should be a set of instructions near the reception or even in the rooms explaining step by step how to set it up. On the surface it doesn't seem a big issue but as I said if tv's are a standard thing these days then it's maybe a slightly bigger issue than it initially seems. Staff really should be trained in how to set them up. To explain how to set it up is nothing more than a 10 minute job. If you use 'One For All' remotes and buy 6 tv's, all the same make and model then it will be easy

Parking was terrible, it was so tight someone parked next to me and I couldn’t get in the car, Staff came out and moved a car so I could park inside

Modernized and clean rooms with modern onsuite. Great facilities. Excellent value and good location. Easy check in. No car park but free next door in council car park overnight. Would stay again. Didnt have time to use bar or restaurant.
