スタッフの方も感じが良く、部屋は少し狭いけど綺麗でした。無料の朝食も種類がそこそこあり美味しかったです。ロビーに無料コーヒーがあったので助かりました。

日本語で失礼します。 キングサイズベッドの部屋にて1人で5泊しました。静かな部屋を希望しシティビューの部屋はあえて取りませんでしたが、窓からの景色が綺麗でした。部屋のサイズもちょうどよく、水回りも清潔で毎日綺麗にベッドメイキング等していただき、無料の朝食も大変おいしかったです(特にバナナとオレンジ) 昼間はお水(オレンジ水)と、夜はお湯(紅茶、緑茶)とコーヒーなどが受付近くに用意されており飲み物に困ることがありませんでした。スタッフの方も全員親切で優しく、素晴らしい滞在になりました。ありがとうございました。

The rooms are WAY too small and they need more or bigger elevators…the wait is long! Also, because there are sooo many guests, the line for the free breakfast is super long. Close to FIT and Ess-a-bagel and that was a plus.

Pas de mauvaises surprises avec des taxes en trop bonne accessibilité, proche des principaux site à conseiller de plus, nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un étage élevé avec une vue éloignée de la Statue de la Liberté et du one World. Très agréable quand vous aurez les rideaux.

L’hôtel est parfait

Wonderful hotel in the heart of NYC. Our room had a fantastic view from floor 30. The staff were very helpful and our room was kept very clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was nice and varied and the waiting staff did a great job. We loved that there was tea/coffee available in the lobby too. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel but rooms small and badly designed. One small drawer, no bedside stand on one side and shade won’t fully open for view. Shower door position impossible for 2 people

Just what you need for one night stay in the xity

Die Aussicht aus den oberen Stockwerken ist toll, aber an einem Tag gingen nur 2 von 4 Aufzügen und da hat man dann schon mal 30-40 Minuten auf den Aufzug gewartet.

This hotel really disappointed me; room I booked for 4 but there was really unconfortable. Extremely small, no space for bags or anything, telephone broken, bathroom extra small ... crowded all the time, elevators broken...and at the end they charged me more than they had to, for a "system" mistake. Never going back

Second time staying here and loved it

Unfortunately the bed was too firm and the room was hot. When the A/C was on it was good but blew directly on the bed so we could not leave it in the ON position just AUTO so the room would get hot again when the A/C shut off. We did not sleep much that night! When I did get up to use the bathroom I had 7-8” to carefully squeeze between the bed and the wall to get to the bathroom. I would suggest a night light so you don’t hurt yourself when getting up. My husband and I are small and it was tight!!!

We requested a room with views to the Empire State Building and they made it possible! The view from the 45th floor was amazing. Though the rooms are on the smaller side they had everything one needs for a couple of days and everything seemed pretty new and was very clean.

Wir waren zu Zweit, hatten beim Einchecken das Glück, ein Zimmer im 39. Stock mit 2 Kingsizebetten zu bekommen. Die Aussicht von dort war super.

Great place to stay in the heart of the city! Right near Penn station. Lots to do in the area.

The room was small but clean. It was close to the subway and plenty of places to eat and drink.

Super établissement ! Bien placé, chambre agréable, bon petit déjeuner J’ai mis beaucoup de temps a trouver un hôtel qui correspondait a tout mes critères, et bien je vous assure qu'ici tout correspondait, je ne suis vraiment pas déçu !! Cet établissement est vraiment super!

Very quiet room; excellent staff!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! L'accueil très sympathique et a l'écoute. Nous avions demandé une chambre le plus haut possible (il y a 46 étages) avec une vue sur le nord de New-York (pour pouvoir voir l'empire State Building) et notre demande a été accepté sans problème ! La vue était a coupé le souffle pendant 7 jours ! Le métro 1 est a moins de 2 minutes à pied, il couvre Manhattan de haut en bas donc idéalement situé. Le petit déjeuné est riche, énormément de choix sucré ou salé. Il y a 4 ascenseurs, c'est un peu la bataille pendant les horaires de petits déjeuners vu que tout le monde y va a 8/9h mais a part ça nous n'avons jamais attendu. Nous reviendrons ici avec plaisir
