バルコニー付きのKing Bed Roomに２泊しました。部屋は清潔で広々していますが、目の前は駐車場で眺めを楽しめるところではありません。騒々しくないし歩いて大きな公園にも近いです。空港からの直通バスのバス停が近いので車なしでも便利かと思います。mini barの水は値段が表示されていなかったので無料サービスかと思ったら後でチャージされました。トリッキーです。

朝早い便の飛行機だったため、10時ごろに到着しましたが、部屋が空いていたようでアーリーチェックインさせていただき、とても助かりしました。部屋も清潔で必要なものは全て揃っていました。 ホテルのカフェで朝食をいただき、とてもおいしかったてす。

母も一緒の家族旅行 5人の為3人と2人に分かれ部屋は2つかりました。 一部屋目3名の部屋にはスリッパはありましたが2つと人数分がなし。 私達の部屋はスリッパもなく、アメニティも歯ブラシもなく、勿論化粧水やその他ホテルにはよくあるアメニティセットの用な物はいっさいありませんでした。 日本の話せる方がいると予約のさいに説明されていたのでこちらに決めたのもあったのですが、受付は現地の方で全く日本語は通用しませんでした。 サービスドリンクが付いておりバーには日本の方がいたので嬉しかったです。 感想としましては ホテルはまだ新しく綺麗ですが、サービスに関しては全く感じませんでした。 現地では当たり前なのかもしれませんが車の駐車場料金も別料金でした。 無料と書かれていた自転車も2台までと言われ、うちは5人でしたので結局かりませんでした。 カップルには良いかもしれませんと言った感想とさせていただきます。

5 stars for this hotel! I’m a fussy stayer but couldn’t fault a thing! Rooms immaculate, service so friendly and welcoming and food options amazing :) even a sweet treat and signed card from all the staff to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Absolutely fantastic! We will be back

Excellent hotel in Christchurch. Rooms were quiet and the blackout curtains effective. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again or recommend.

We enjoyed a short but comfortable stay here. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the café downstairs was very good. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Large suite. Comfy bed. Clean and new. Excellent food at the ground floor restaurant. Helpful and accessible staff. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Very nice

Room was clean, pleasant and spacious, although had a poor view out the back of the hotel and didn’t let much light in. For the price, it was nothing particularly special for a place promoted as a 5 star hotel.

Very comfortable contemporary hotel. Good linens, comfy beds and quality fluffy towels and upmarket toiletries. Dining room in the evening could offer some healthy choices. Very welcoming staff

This is a newer property and it has all the features and amenities expected for a comfortable and restful stay. For example the bathroom lighting and mirrors have multiple settings, and outlets included USB and USBC plugs. Easy to find and parking is simple. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk including Vics across the street. The city bus also goes by as well - easy to use the system, but you need cash if you don't have a bus card, and they give change. Definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Nice new hotel with lovely cafe downstairs. Walkable into city and Hagley. Staff went above and beyond and enabled us to check in early. Fantastic.

We liked the in house restaurant, staff at front desk, and Greek restaurant down the street.

Wonderful surprise of an upgrade to a suite. Felt very spoilt. Lovely room. Clean and lovely decor.

Spacious room & very nicely appointed. Excellent amenities for hotel accommodations. Several restaurant options close by and also a 15-20 minute walk into town. Hotel staff is very hospitable. Highly recommend!

The nicest staff ever. This place was adorable (not too crazy about the black walls in the room) but other than that the hotel was amazing! Everything we needed, great location, staff was the friendliest we encountered on our month long trip in NZ.
