Good stay for one night. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der Pool in der 5. Etage ist zwar klein aber fein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster und ohne Balkon. Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Leider waren die Bettlaken etwas dreckig. Ansonsten absolut solides Hotel in Top Lage.

Be very careful when booking a room at this hotel. It's easy to miss or misunderstand that their lowest priced room has no external facing windows and no natural light which make staying there a challenge if you are claustrophobic. When I asked to change room they said the hotel was full so I couldn't change the room until the following day even though I'm an Expedia VIP member. Instead I had to book a room at Les Palmiers Beach hotel, a nice hotel close to the ocean. The upgrade (for the following day) that they offered me was their loft room but instead of honouring the VIP membership they charged me an additional €50! When I asked why they said the upgrade came with access to their private lounge. So the following day I checked in at 6:30pm only to be told the lounge shuts at 7pm so I didn't even get the added "benefit". What I will say is all the staff were nice and friendly but without doubt this is the single worst experience I have had in my 40 years of travelling around the world. The hotel is ok but nothing special, the area is awful with road repairs and derelict buildings and BEWARE of the room with no windows!

The staff was helpful and accommodating, able to confirm the bed arrangements in the room in advance despite having a policy of not doing that. The hotel is quiet, tidy and clean, centrally located and very close to the beach, bus station and city centre. The cleaners should have made an effort and clean the room or change the towels during our 3 days of stay however the overall experience is very positive.

Dans un pays où il fait très chaud petite bouteille d'eau uniquement le jour d'arrivee...on vous dit qu'il y a de l'eau dans l'accueil on ne va pas se promener avec son verre et de plus la fontaine n'est la que lors des arrivées Femme a l'accueil pas agreable Piscine sur le toit n'en a que le nom plutôt un bac Il y a beaucoup mieux pour le prix

Excellent stay comfortable and very friendly helpful staff!

In general okay, but it is the small things … there is so many things that did not work, or semi broken. No need to order the lounge, often dirty and not refilled doing the day. We found the breakfast okay (read that others rated it bad). Overall a hotel that is not bad, but not close to be a the hotel they brand it to be.

Really nice location, the balcony was great, the washroom was spacious and a real comfortable room. Nice fresh breakfast as well, with great coffee.

The room and the hotel is great. Only the food in the morning wasn’t so good. The croissant was so hard and all of the bread area was hard and feel like they are from last week…

Good for short stay

the stay was very good but the problem is that i booked a 2 single beds room and they had only one king bed for me and my son. they added an extra bed but i was expecting for 2 single

Appreciated the front desk team and the location of the hotel. Unfortunately our room location was over the entrance to the hotel and it was extremely loud at night. Lots of people shouting. This was disappointing.
