エレベーターがないので、大きな荷物を持って狭い階段を昇降するのは大変でした。アーリーチェックインにも応じてもらえて助かりました。

駅から歩いて10～15分ほど。あまりホテルの選択肢がない街だが、街の中心部は週末は若者が集まり、特に夜はとても騒がしくなるが、このホテルの周辺はとても静か。ホテルの食事は朝食以外は試していないが、ホテル近くにあるパブは、ビールだけでなく、食事もおいしいので、夕食や週末などでお世話になった。朝食は平均的なイングリッシュブレックファスト、卵やソーセージなどを注文を聞いてから調理してくれる(スクランブルド、目玉焼き、など、焼き方も選べる)ので、温かい食事を取ることができる。パンやコーンフレークなどもあるので、さっと済ますこともできる。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、一定期間スーツケースも預かってくれた。エレベーターがないのがたまにきず(急な階段を3階までスーツケースを持ってあがるのは大変)。

近くにパブがあり、駅にも近く、スタッフも親切で、朝食がとても美味しいホテル。部屋は少し古いが清潔。隣にコインランドリーがあるので長期滞在もOK。

朝ご飯がとても美味しかった。 接客も丁寧で好感が持てた。 ベッドはワイドベッドで、部屋も清潔。 バスが付いていて、お湯をはることが出来た。シャワーの勢いも良い。

２回目の宿泊です。ロンドンから鉄道移動で夜遅く駅に到着しましたが、駅から近いので非常に便利です。また、パブにも近いので、食事やビールを楽しむにも良いホテルです。

駅に近くて便利。近くに良いパブもある。朝食がブッフェではなく、皿で給仕してくれるところが良いし、美味しい。

2年前にも泊まり大変良かったので今回も8泊した。鉄道の駅から歩いて5分ほどで近いし、バス停もすぐそばにある。ホテルの隣がコインランドリーで洗濯もできるので便利。朝食はコンチネンタルかイングリッシュブレクファストを選べ、内容も比較的充実している。ホテルスタッフは好意的で、部屋もきれいで、ポットとコーヒー・紅茶に加えビスケットもついている。シャワーのみだが、新しい装置になっており使いやすい。部屋も比較的広く快適。

Parking was on street but seemed a quiet area, had no issues. Staff friendly. I didn’t use the dining room.

Clean room, very friendly staff, just 5 minutes walking distance to Central Station, 15 to the Castle. Their motto “Affordable comfort for everyone” suits well. Will definitely consider this hotel when going to Norwich again.

Clean room and bathroom. Hot, powerful shower. Bed linen superb. Generous tea / coffee tray.

Our double room was very small and had a very small double bed which was so hard it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. Also there were no mirrors in the room. My wife was not impressed. The internet was impossible to connect to even with the password. Would not stay here again.

Great price and location very clean

Book because it had a restaurant and bar, but was told closed the weekend i booked. Out of 4 electrical appliances in the room only 1 had a PAT safety sticker on the plug and that was 4 years out of date. No safety instructions incase of fire that's should be on the back of room door. Parking was restricted. Really don't think it should have a 3 star rating. Booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1, booked another hotel for my second night away. Someone really needs to go and look at this place before advertising it.

Good hotel and reasonable price, with an Indian feel to it. Nice and clean inside. You can hear the traffic outside some of the time, but its much better than some hotels I've stayed in. The only minor problem I found was checking out in the morning, before 8AM as the reception desk was shuttered closed, and nowhere obvious to put the key, but fortunately there was a man there helping other visitors, so gave the key to him.

Small but comfortable room. Check-in easy but parking not available onsite as stated on the website. Public parking a few minutes away. Walking distance to the town and tourist sites.

This was really poor. The room had stains over the walls and carpet. The room was constantly very warm, we had to use the supplied fan throughout each nights stay. It wasn't possible to have the window open due to disruptive noise outside the hotel. Communal areas had carpets which looked filthy. Breakfast was basically a waste of money. Abysmal. The lack of enthusiasm from the staff was really off-putting. The atmosphere was like a morgue. The only positive being the rooms were serviced on a daily basis to a high standard.

Very conveniently located for access from the station. Very good value for money and the staff were polite and helpful but not intrusive. Just a bit tired around the edges and could do with a mirror in the room. There's one in the bathroom but it steams up easily.

Perfect for a one night stop. Some outside noise as had the windows open due to heat.

I can only comment on my room. Although it was a double room, as it was in the roof of the building one person would need to be small to use one side of the bed. There were two windows, one in the sloping ceiling which only opened a fraction and the other you had to stoop low or crawl to get to. Also the bathroom was very tight. Although I knew that breakfast was vegetarian or continental there was very little choice. The continental breakfast when I was there was two choices of cereal, toast and pots of yoghurt. I wouldn't return which is a shame as it's near to the centre, railway, river and choices of eating places.

Gutted that I had to leave in the evening due to unforeseen circumstances but the place itself was lovely.
