旧市街にも、バスターミナルへのアクセスもよく、無駄な動きなく観光が楽しめた。グッゲンハイム美術館は、建物自体がアートで、見応えがありました。サンセバスチャンも行ってみる価値ありでした

広めのパスタブがある希少なホテル。 銀行の重厚なグレーの石の建物の一部に入り口があり、都心の隠れ家のよう。中心部なので買い物も食事も便利。地下鉄の駅もすぐ。 デザイン重視のためかシャワー室の排水が構造的に悪かったのと、ティッシュ、コーヒーなどの補填が雑だった以外は快適だった。ルーフトップバーのカクテルも素晴らしい味だった。

Good Location, Good Services.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Nice rooftop bar as well. Walking distance to the top attractions. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping near by too. The only negative was the breakfast. They were short staffed so there was a long wait just to be seated and they were low on juice and certain foods. There were just too many guests trying to eat at the same time and not enough clean tables. The experience Monday morning was totally different as there weren’t as many guests as the weekend so we got seated right away and everything was stocked. I would still stay here again because everything else about the hotel was wonderful.

The hotel is well located. Rooms are great . Staff of the hotel very helpful. The breakfast experience was Terrible. The staff of the breakfast horrible.

El personal muy amable, el aire acondicionado del lugar no funcionó, pero el clima estaba bien y no se los comuniqué al personal creo que es más error mío de comunicación

Very central. Easy walk to museum. Many dining options. Large rooms.

The hotel and our room were beautiful and there was great customer service! Convenient location, just a 5 minute walk to Old Town Bilbao with lots of restaurants and shops, and about a 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum. There is also a nice rooftop bar at the hotel. Parking was a little bit far, about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We had a very good experience overall.

Great Hotel located very centrally - facilities were modern but service was poor for Breakfast and also in the Rooftop Bar where prices are high so would expect better service. Also disappointing that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room - there was bottled water in the Minibar at €5.00 for a small bottle which was expensive. Loved Bilbao and surrounding area
