This hotel bills itself as 5 star. I would only give it 3 stars. The front desk was unfriendly, non-professional, and their spoken English was poor. They need much better people skills and training. We had a second floor room in the back. The front desk said our wouldn’t be noisy but in fact the back of the hotel is a narrow pedestrian street lined with outdoor cafes. It was very noisy, into the early morning hours, so management clearly recognizes the problem that the front desk claims doesn’t exist!
