The stuff wasn’t helpful

Everything perfect. Gorgeous and spacious apartment. And so well located in the heart of historical district with lots of shopping and restaurants. Carrefour Express 2 min away. And what a rooftop terrace.

Great location, so close to everything . Car park was useful at €22. Good if you a small car though! Good facilities with kitchen, sitting room and separate bedroom. City views, helpful staff. Not luxurious but good value.

Loved the room - we had one on the top floor, with great views across the city. Underground car park was really helpful. Perfect location as well, with the cathedral, bars and restaurants within an easy walk. Also easy to get to a bus stop to get up to the Alhambra...

4인 가족 여행으로 2박을 보냈습니다. 위치는 그라나다대성당 인근에 위치해 있으면서도 너무 번잡하지 않은 골목에 위치해 있어 조용하고 좋았습니다. 1층에 친절한 직원이 상주해 있었고 주차 또한 건물 지하 2층, 3층에 할 수 있었습니다. (1박당 22유로였던 것으로 기억합니다). 다만 차량 엘레베이터를 타고 지하로 이동하는 방식이여서 차가 크면 주차에 어려움이 있을 수 있을 것 같습니다. 호텔 내부 시설과 객실은 모두 깨끗하고 정리 정돈이 잘 되어 있었습니다. 다음에도 그라나다에 투숙하게 된다면 또 방문하고 싶습니다!

Fully equipped kitchen and great location. Pool was closed which was a bit of a let down

The room was very clean and good location and it was very spacious.

Schönes Zimmer für eine Nacht. Küche wurde nicht genutzt. Enge Gassen führen zum Hotel, Parkplatz sehr eng.

Bra beliggenhet midt i byen. Store, gode rom og stort bad med god plass for to ved vask/speil. Sovesofaen var vond å sitte i. Dusjen på badet var åpen slik at mye av vannet rant ut på badegulvet. Håpløs løsning, så vi endte med å dusje i badekaret. Hadde bestilt parkering for en stor bil, men den var for stor så vi måtte parkere i et parkeringshus noen minutter unna. ikke noe stort problem om man ikke har mye bagsje.

Clean room large space, adequate kitchen for a short break. Use of washer & dryer good addition.

Really nice and central hotel. Hotel feels very new and friendly staff. Car park works ok if you are driving a small car, otherwise it’s quite difficult (car lift and tight turns). Hotel very central for shops, public transport, bars and restaurants.

Perfect place - location - price. Very humble people at Reception. BTW getting there is as easy as it gets. Just follow Google Maps. Room was clean and just wonderfully organized.

Das Apartment war sauber und sehr geräumig und hatte bequeme Betten. Die Lage ist sehr gut man kann fußläufig Granada erkunden. Praktisch ist dass es eine Garage im Haus gibt allerdings mit großen Autos etwas schwierig. Komisch fanden wir dass wir das Bett für die dritte Person selbst machen mussten und es nicht vorbereitet war und auch Handtücher erst auf Nachfrage geliefert wurden. Außerdem fanden wir es nicht serviceorientiert dass auf unsere Anfragen vor unserem Aufenthalt keine Antwort kam. Und auch unser Wunsch bezüglich des Zimmers in höherer Etage mit Aussicht wurde nicht berücksichtigt.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were top-notch, and the location made it easy to explore the area.
