We loved how clean our room was! A beautiful bathroom with the little extras such as gorgeous bath salts for the amazing soaker tub! White bathrobes, lovely spa smelling soaps and even a bidet! There was a fridge and a great keurig machine with additional complimentary drinks and treats which was so nice! I wished we had had the time to use the laundry machines too! Terrific place! Full of character and would definitely recommend.

The room was very well appointed with so many nice touches. The bathroom was very luxurious too! We had a small maintenance issue and the chap came speedily and sorted it within minutes. We actually arrived quite late but the check in info was all very accurate and we had no problems gaining access to the property.

Loved the quaint atmosphere. Well maintained. Good food recommendations. Perfect location. Short drive to the national park.

I really nice, big, clean room. The view from the adjacent deck was over over the street to the harbor. There was no view of the Gulf.

Cute little lodge with a great view and amazing accessibility to town. We had a balcony and it was a nice spot to sit out with a coffee or drink and watch the world turn ..

We were in Cheticamp for only 1 night. Unfortunately our whale watching tour was cancelled due to poor weather conditions. The first impression my husband and I had of the property is that reminded us of a hotel we stayed at in the Cinque Terre in Italy. We stayed in rm #3 which was well appointed. Loved the wallpaper! The bathroom amenities were lovely. As coffee lovers we appreciated the nespresso machine with actual cream in the fridge! On the main floor there was a common room with water, yogurt, books and a small workout room. But the best part, as travellers who had been on the road for a few days, a washer and dryer. Also a cute touch is the forgotten tradition of post cards. They are at the door and they will mail it for you! Such thoughtful touches throughout the entire property. Well done Archie and Isadore!

This was such a charming place overlooking the water! It was comfortable and had great amenities, including chargers for electric cars, a nespresso machine with pods in each room, two hot tubs, a common kitchen, washer and dryer, and exercise room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We recommend you make reservations to eat at l’Abri restaurant. The food, drinks, and views were amazing! Reserve to walk the skyline trail and go whale watching as well. Lots to do! We highly recommend this place!

Was pleasantly surprised at how lovely and well maintained this property was. We stayed in room 8 which gave us our own balcony with chairs to enjoy our morning coffee. We also loved that they thought of everything robes for the hot tub, tea and Nespresso coffee , snacks and wonderful bath products . It is on the Main Street of Chéticamp which I hadn’t noticed in booking but it was a wonderful haven for our last night of our road trip nonetheless.

We loved it! I’ll start with the basics. Super clean room and property. Room (#5) was a good size and bed was comfortable. Decorated so nicely. Bathroom was modern and lovely. Great bedding and towels. Free parking. What I didn’t expect was the room was filled with lovely amenities!. From the luxurious Canadian soaps and shampoos, to the fridge filled with sparkling water and cream, to the abundance of coffee pods (tea also), decent coffee cups and beautiful glasses. My husband kept going on about how nice it was to have enough coffee to each enjoy several cups each. From our window we had a lovely view of the water. The front porch has great Adirondack chairs and because it was a glorious evening I enjoyed an after dinner coffee and the husband had a beer. We watched the sun go down. It was wonderful. The hosts sent us a message with dinner and breakfast recommendations and we did both and they didn’t disappoint. Anyway, we’d come back for sure. Terrific little inn.

Lovely room, clean and quiet. Didn't meet any staff as it was self check in.

This property is like sleeping like a museum - full of character and brings you back in time. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and every inch of space is thought out. Right by the main street, so conveniently located. Parking is ample. They even provided complimentary snacks (chocolate and sparkling soda) which was greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.

Easy check in, clean, good bed and linens. Has character, and well appointed. But how abut chips or nuts for snacks rather than Mars bars or M and M's.

Many in-room conveniences, like water kettle and mini fridge, plus free snacks and bubbly water. Also free laundry and hot tubs. Views from the front main house rooms. Bed was a touch too firm, but everything else was great.

This was a great experience in a restored home. Bright and cozy and slept very well with ocean air

Owners thought of EVERYTHING! We loved all of the little touches they added to the room, and property - it really enhanced our stay!

This was a self check in hotel.

Great location to the National park, view of water out our window, comfortable and clean room. We visited with two different housekeepers who were so friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside was the breakfast area, which was a grab and go—-yogurt and granola bars ( maybe something else) coffee and tea. There was a toaster but no bread.
