Simply not clean enough….

スタッフの対応は良かった。冷蔵庫が無いなど、設備に関しては料金を考慮すると納得するが、清潔さが全く足りない。ベッドはふにゃふにゃ、シーツも汚い。日本人の求めるレベルにには厳しいかな。次はない。

今まで泊まった中で最低なホテル。 ロケーションは良いが、建物が古く、廊下が狭くて人の声や歩く音、また上の階の人が歩く音、水を使う音もハッキリ聞こえる。薄暗い。机、椅子は無い。 部屋にはベッドの他にベッドテーブルが一つあるのみ。 窓ガラスにひび割れがあるが長く修理していない様子。 窓から見える景色も最低。ゴミやコンクリートの塊がゴロゴロ。それでこの値段。お勧めしません。

シャワーの排水口が詰まっていて、2人使用したら溢れてきたので、3人目は使用できませんでした。 部屋は殺風景。 ロンドンの物価は高いのでしょうが、この費用を払ったら最低限の設備はあって欲しいものです。

清潔感があり、交通の便も良かった。 また、スタッフの対応も良かった。 エレベーターがないのと、虫がたまに部屋に出てくること、ドライヤーが全然使い物にならないことが欠点。 あと、隣の部屋の音が聞こえやすい 欠点を多く言ってしまいましたが、部屋は本当に綺麗で、値段も安いのでかなり満足してます。

スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、チェックイン前後の荷物預かりにも快く対応してもらった 部屋も清潔かつ十分な広さで、とても快適に過ごせました

Staff is very kind

部屋は非常にコンパクト特別なものはないが、手頃であり、清潔であり、必要最低限のものは揃い、近くスーパーや飲食店、地下鉄があるという意味では、泊まるだけであれば利便性は高くよかった。ただし階段が非常に狹くエレベーターがないため、スーツケースをもって上がるのは少々怖かった。

Room is really small no wardrobe to put your clothes and the shower is way too small. Staff are great and friendly and the location is great.

Friendly and helpful staff. A struggle to get my big suitcase up the narrow stairways, but I am to blame for selecting a hotel without elevator. The room was without wondow, but it was clean and the bathroom was not as small as one can find in London. Thin walls, heard phone conversation loud and clear from the adjacent room. I will probably select another hotel next time I am visiting London. With elevator and a bit closer to the tube.

Alrededores seguros, bien ubicado, habitación muy pequeña al decir muy pequeña solo cabe la cama, no hay elevador y las escaleras son muy angostas.
